    If they are just going thru the motions and/ or cruise control until the playoff that is a BIG mistake. Players are not machines who can just turn it on come the WC round.

    This WC round will be like last year, especially if we meet up with AZ again. They will be full of confidence and will dispatch the Crew in short order. I fully expect them to sweep us this weekend.

    Unless we have the next Devin Williams and Adames waiting in the wings in the minors it won't be next season either. We all better just enjoy this year. I doubt we'll get past the WC round next month. This is the reality when your team is near the bottom when it comes to pay roll in MLB.

    It almost feels like clinching the division was their ceiling. We'll be lucky if we don't limp into the post season.

    After last night with all the excitement and celebration I'm not going to crucify the guys for tonight's performance. Now if we continue to play this flat then we should be concerned. AZ has a lot to play for too.

    Yes, it is refreshing. Normally we are an afterthought and if you watch MLB Network or ESPN to see highlights you have to wait a while - unless we are playing a team from NY, Chicago or LA.
