  1. Are people bummed about Gausman? He kind of has stunk up the joint this year.
  2. If Made is starting to elevate the ball consistently man oh man
  3. I still can't get over how ridiculous the national discourse is. The Brewers don't want to win I guess. "Should have just added Henderson." Ok he is a mainstay in the rotation currently and him ALONE holds more value than what the Tigers got. You'd think folks would know this. If Henderson was pitching in NY this would be a whole different story.
  4. Contreras has stunk for a while now outside of that walk off. Really disappointed in him. He hasn’t given you anything positive well anywhere.
  5. Really fun site brother! Keep up the good work!
  6. Their incompentent FO is who they should be mad at. Of course they wanted our prospects more they are better.
  7. Henderson alone tops that package. I believe this was collusion by the Tigers to get the lockout and secure a salary cap, so to get Skubal the Brewers had to pay a premium. That package is trash outside of Hope who is more on Adamczewski level of prospect. Arguably he is more flawed.
  8. Sports radio is gonna be an absolute abomination this week.
  9. Eh who gives a ****. Dodgers were gonna be the favorite regardless. Beat em anyway
  10. I think people attached onto the idea that he could be the next Devin Williams with the big screwball like changeup. Never was gonna happen with how much slower he throws it. Who knows maybe it works out elsewhere I liked Yoho and feel like he didn't get the fairest shakes here. I am excited to see what the FO sees in Naylor. As for Heuer theyll get him to throw a cutter with his already elite extension and base pitch mix they like.
  11. I love Quero I absolutely do but if you can get some decent value for him at the deadline I would understand it especially if it means not parting with more of the highly rated guys. His arm is just sadly shot at C (compared to what it was)
  12. His CH didn't tunnel with the other stuff. Like at all it was far too slow too as elite as it looks. He still didn't get a fair shot to try and make it work IMO.
  13. Interesting. I deep down knew Yoho wasn't long for this team though I liked his potential. His changeup just doesn't tunnel how they like. Good luck Perkins and Yoho. Trust the Arnold.
  14. Made almost killed someone with that piss missile. I am shocked that was only 109 mph off the bat...
  15. Swing and miss still a concern with Antunez but my goodness I have been really liking his approach at the plate. Very mature for his age and he just smokes the ball when he makes contact.
  16. Where's Josiah Hartshorn? Our ridiculous package is much better. Chalk it up as just another thing better for the Brewers compared to the Cubs
  17. His plate discipline is actually really quite good. His whiff is the issue and that is mainly because of the characteristics of the swing itself. Not an easy fix... I comp it a little bit to Hiura (not the swing itself) and the whiff likely will only get worse as he progresses higher.
  18. Just want to say thank you for what you do and that I cannot wait for Cole Phillips to finally get a shot to pitch professionally. Here’s hoping that is soon!
  19. I don’t think it’s outlandish to say the Brewers have the best farm system… not just in all of baseball but in a generation. If you aggregate the top 100 rankings of the most popular outlets (fangraphs, BA, pipeline, baseball prospectus, TJ) the brewers by my count (depending on who has graduated who) have 14 different prospects popping up on T-100 lists. Not to mention the “depth” guys with helium just on the cusp of making these lists. This system is just absurdly deep and ridiculously talented. I do think this is the golden age for us and I’m gonna enjoy it as much as I can until they find a way in the new CBA to screw over all of the edges we have.
  20. Pitching takes more time to develop more times than not. I think we have a decent array of raw talent throwers. We need them to develop into pitchers. Good thing it's a darn good system the Brewers have here to do that.
  21. Kind of a fun site. Their prospect evaluations are all messed up but still fun to play with and not a $25 grift. https://rosternomics.com/
  22. In the bottom of the 9th Frias just took 2 of the largest hacks I have seen all season in the minors... I am talking A++ lol. My goodness that kid has bat speed. He gets down in count 1-2 and still gets his A-swing off to rope a triple 106 MPH off the bat. Maybe a bit too aggressive that AB but hey if it works! Antunez singles him home with a nice piece of hitting to the opposite field and then a SB. WILSON is FUN!
