  1. Just to highlight the Brewers struggles, Baltimore will plate the one out double.
  2. The whole offense is very frustrating right now.
  3. Small sample I know, but I think I've seen enough of Mr. Singleton as well.
  4. I don't think he's quite finished. He isn't very good but still useful. That Rangers lineup is brutal.
  5. That Texas lineup is crazy. Every hitter in the lineup tonight is OPSing over .800 and seven guys hitting .290 or better. Wowser.
  6. The pitch count difference is...interesting.
  7. Ah, I have that poster on my ignore list.
  8. Is there actually someone that is saying a sub .500 team will win the division?
  9. The Cardinals are currently 9 games under .500 and in last place by 2.5 games in the NL central which Features the Cincinnati Reds and Pittsburgh Pirates. Their current hot stretch has them with the worst record in the NL and the fourth worst record in all of baseball. Despite that current hot stretch (7-3 in their last 10) the have managed to gain one whole game on the Brewers over that period (6-4 in their last 10) leaving the Cardinals 7.5 games back Posted the above on May 16th. Not much has changed since then despite the "here come the Cardinals" pearl clutching. The Cardinals were then, and remain, one of the wost teams in the game.
  10. Was just thinking something similar. Its not about where the ball hits on some arbitrary square, its about the consistency of the umpire.
  11. I would think all of Toro, Brusseau, Perkins and Singleton will go before Urias "doesn't have a spot" and this is if we ignore all historical data.
  12. Been holding onto that one for a while?
  13. Not much respect for the throwing ability of our catchers, and there shouldn't be based on recent performance.
