  1. Just making the playoffs is going to be a fight.
  2. They aren't beating Detroit.
  3. LOL, just a very average at best teaml
  4. Maybe with Willis but I doubt it. They gave the Jags all the confidence to be in it til the end.
  5. Boy, Detroit is just a juggernaut. Team to beat.
  6. Another awful half of football from the coach on down.
  7. Sure, but if the Tigers had the Ohtani, Betts and Freeman and the Brewers had Judge, Soto and Stanton, I bet that changes. How many NFL teams were represented at Lidz? I bet every one of them. I had the same experience at the same store in Daytona a week ago, but thy had plenty of Packer gear and every other NFL team.
  8. Put the coach and QB in that conversation.
  9. Out coached and outplayed. They took the pack out of the game before it even started. Gonna be tough to make the playoffs.
  10. LOL, just comical at this point.
  11. That was obvious in real time. Just another stupid play.
  12. This team is not smart enough to play so....un-enthusiastically. You need to be better to be running mouths like they have all game.
  13. Stupid form the coach down.
  14. Yeah, but the only reason they have that star power is because they can afford it. Tigers v Brewers would be just as compelling with the same star power. It just highlights the disparity. I'd bet that is going to be one of the lowest relatively rated WS in history.
  15. I think payroll is a big part of that discussion. Per MA's words I would assume payroll is no better than flat with a good chance it gets reduced with the lower gates and TV revenue in question. They are going to have to do more with less. I wouldn't be surprised if Hoskins moves on. Not saying he will, just wouldn't surprise me. Other than that, Hasse is probably moving on. Wouldn't be surprised to see some of the bullpen arms moved, like Milner.
  16. I'll wager we get far less than this board thinks.
  17. Eh, random baseball stuff, and besides, we are guaranteed another "bite at the apple" next year (or so I've been told).
