    I've learned from this board of late that a) getting emotionally invested in this team is just silliness and b) pretty much everything is random. Frankly, I'm having a hard time understanding why half this place even pays attention.

    Won't have the "other teams best pitchers aren't available" excuse in the post season. They are going to have to hit.

    Comes down to the offense for me. Not real worried about the pitching as I think they use the arms differently in the playoffs. Not worried about who they play. No matter who it is, that team will present challenges and the Brewers will present challenges for that team. For me, it comes down to the offense and whether they can hit enough over three games against elite pitching to win two of them.

    Then I go Peralta, Myers and Montas (in whatever order) paired with Ashby, Hall and Ross. Should get six out of that and then the back end of the pen.
