  1. Anderson would only make it a week or so pitching every game! Good point in blue. Ha!
  2. Anderson pitching well so far and the offense is working. That's what this team needs every game to make the playoffs and this board to be a happy place.
  3. Cain is a winner. He has a WS ring to show for it.
  4. So you're saying the last place Reds & the historically awful Orioles have a better coaching staff than the currently in the thick of contention Brewers? Choi was on the active roster for about two weeks & was blocked by Aguilar, Thames & Braun. How do his results in Tampa have any bearing on Coles coaching ability? Coles is not a good hitting coach IMO.
  5. Why wouldn't the regression of Guerra, Anderson and Knebel warrant a call for DJ's job? Might have a point with Corey but for the most part DJ has done a good job. The hitting especially in clutch situations leaves a lot to be desired. Add Choi in Tampa doing well too.
  6. The team lacks a deep bullpen with Corey's regression a big reason. The lack of timely hitting with regression by Santana, Arcia, and former player Villar shows the hitting coach just isn't cutting it and it is past time that a change needs to be made. Look at Scooter and Villar as two examples of a better coaching staff. Yes sometimes a change of scenery helps but coaching and a different philosophy is also a big part. The Pirates have owned the Brewers this season. Hopefully the Crew gets a win this afternoon.
  7. A win with the ace and the two best relievers taking care of business. Yay.
  8. Well at least they weren't shut out. Two solo homeruns and now in third place in the division. The downward spiral continues thanks to Stearns and his moves at the deadline.
  9. CC showing some fire! Same post almost just a coincidence.
  10. Villar just hit a 3 run homer while the Fox announcers were discussing the trade and that now he gets a chance to play. I realize why CC didn't want to play him but too bad we got Schoop. A starting pitcher would have been nice. Not seeing the trade as a win for Stearns so far.
  11. The Cards with the momentum with their new manager. The Brewers floundering with theirs. Must win today.
  12. Braun on fire today! 5-0 with Chacin holding down the Cubbies. Quintana isn't the Brewer stopper today. Now to keep up the good work for the rest of the game.
  13. That guy with Verducci is a Braves fan obviously. Anyone know who he is?
  14. JJ needs to be the closer. Corey doesn't have it this year and can't be trusted. Hopefully CC rectifies the situation.
  15. A lead in the first and hopefully Chacin can hold the lead. No Schoop tonight either. So far, so good.
