It is being pushed hard. Within 5 years there will be some sort of machine assistance to calling balls and strikes. Unfortunately it will probably take longer than that to finally get the DH in the NL. All the umps need to do is screw up 1 game 7... loaded down 1... ball 4... strike 3.
