    Based on the sliding/targeting rules, that is absolutely a penalty. A super stupid play by Douglas. Meh. Yes it was rightfully called a penalty, but that was not very malicious play. He knew he screwed up.

    Well it looks like this one will be overturned. A much clearer view when it's not inside a scrum. Bubba Franks in the playoff game against Seattle in 2007 comes to mind.

    I hate spot of ball challenges. They never get overturned. Just a waste of a challenge.

    They don't lose very often under MLF, but when they do lose, they REALLY lose.

    Is Josh Myers going to be one of those injury prone guys that will flame out after three or four years. I hope not because this makeshift O-Line is not much better than the defense.

    I think that really was the case. The guy closest to him had his back to the play and when he turned around I bet he assumed he called for the fair catch.

    Miami is going to be considered the disappointment of the NFL this year. All those first round picks are not panning out and Tua is going the way of Jamarcus Russell and Johnny Manziel. Dare I say, the Graham Mertz of the NFL.

    I really don't have anything against Iowa. I'm pretty much with you on not wanting Ohio State repping the Big 10 AGAIN. I usually root Big Ten in the bowl games, especially the Rose Bowl, but I'm pretty much burned out on the Buckeyes and I'm pretty sure I speak for most everyone else too. I'd wouldn't mind Michigan coming out.

    Well it's a win but not a very inspiring one. Another lackluster offensive performance. This team is comparable to watching the 2020 Brewers play.
