That's baseball. That's the life of a middle reliever. The Brewers themselves currently have a handful of relievers who they have gotten good results out of after other teams essentially either gave up on them or gave them away for little in return - Payamps, Milner, Peguero, Megill, Bryce Wilson. It wouldn't be a surprise if Andrews became a solid middle reliever. It also wouldn't be a surprise if he never sees Yankee Stadium, either. In the end, it's a good thing that the Brewers feel they have solid enough relief pitching depth that they can cut bait on a player like Andrews who still has upside, at least in one well-run team's eyes.
