I think this is Miley's last hitter. 3rd time through the order. It's like magic.
  2. Ron Robinsons Beard
    Crap ... this isn't good.

Another strong inning from Miley here would be huge. Pinching hitting for Urias. Looks like another lefty, Alex Wood, coming in. Makes sense to stack lefties against this Brewer lineup. Uh oh ... it appears Miley is having some trouble hitting his spots now.

Ideally the Brewers win tonight and Urias pitches long enough to be unavailable tomorrow. He's pretty much the last guy in their pen, so I doubt he would anyway.
  5. Ron Robinsons Beard
He's their lefthanded version of Peralta. Great stuff. Didn't pitch much coming back from injury this year, but he's got a very bright future.
  6. Ron Robinsons Beard
Wow, horrible plate discipline by Bellinger there. Shoulda been a leadoff walk. I'll take it, though.
  7. Ron Robinsons Beard
Urias is up in the pen. I'm thinking they go to him in the 4th. Start slapping him around, though, and they'll probably be forced to go to their good relievers.
  8. Ron Robinsons Beard
Well that inning wasn't ideal, but two balls hit on the screws, and the 4th rolls over the lineup
  9. Ron Robinsons Beard
Arcia gave that one a ride. Ryu isn't fooling anyone tonight.

I don’t want to get overly greedy because you obviously must win tonight, but the longer Miley can hold it together today the better that could possibly make our chances tomorrow. Exactly. If they can keep scoring runs, you stick with Miley as long as possible, then can go to Davies or maybe Guerra, assuming he is available.

Miley settling in nicely now. Good inning.

    Sit down Amish imp!
  13. Ron Robinsons Beard
Well, not a good at-bat by Moose there. Guess we can't have 'em all.
  14. Ron Robinsons Beard
I would love for the Dodgers to burn through their pen tonight.
  15. Ron Robinsons Beard
    Yep let's bench Braun.
  16. Ron Robinsons Beard
There's the Yelich we know and love!
  17. Ron Robinsons Beard
He pitched the 9th Wednesday. But yes, I hope he pitches tonight, because it likely means they are up big.
  18. Ron Robinsons Beard
The offense can't go into hibernation not. Gotta keep stacking good at-bats. I don't feel comfortable with any lead against these guys.
  19. Ron Robinsons Beard
Hits and walks to opposing pitchers. So many of them. Really frustrating.
  20. Ron Robinsons Beard
Bellinger took a horrible route on that. That was almost huge.
  21. Ron Robinsons Beard
    Now Arcia!
  22. Ron Robinsons Beard
    Babe Kratz!!!!
  23. Ron Robinsons Beard
I wanna score about 19 on these guys tonight.
  24. Ron Robinsons Beard
    Atta way Jesus!
  25. Ron Robinsons Beard
More Ks with runners on. Sigh.
