Last time I checked the sub 100 million payroll teams are doing pretty well. It all comes down to drafting and developing, IMO Seid has been REALLY awful and he needs to go like yesterday!

If the price is right you consider everything to improve your team, if the Cards will give the world for Tulo, the Brewers are badly in need of a talent infusion and they should inquire with the Cards, if Segura can bring multiple pieces from anyone you have to consider it, regardless if its within the division or not.

What if the Cards threw in Adams or Craig. If they will trade Miller and Adams and 2 prospects for an injury prone Tulo, maybe we should check it out.

Thank goodness, no more Gamel posts on how's he's going to contribute and how cheap he is!!! Ding dong the money sucking no production player is GONE!!!

I don't really have any bobbles worth trading, whats the going rate on the Gantner blue?

I have a question. If the Brewers bring back the same offense, add Hart, same bullpen (maybe add a 7th inn guy) and add a #2 starter and go with #2, Lohse, Gallardo, Peralta and Estrada can we make the playoffs, if not where are we defecient? Thanks, GO BREW

The real question, is this guy a legit prospect?

Not sure why I am, but I indeed am looking for any Rickie Weeks Leaf Limited autographed cards from 2004. PM me if you have any of these. Or text me at 2623120879. Also looking for the blue version of the 82 team bobbles, I need Cooper and Gantner, please PM me your price, I have a few bobbles to trade but not many. Thanks, Mike

I have 2 seats for Friday. Asking $20 each. If you want to see Harper I have some good seats in the Loge Infield (2nd deck). Call or text Mike at 2623120879

Can the Brewers void his deal? To me it's clearer now why Braun wanted these contract extensions. The I love Milwaukee line is total BS, he did those deals to protect his actions. think about how much money he would have cost himself had he not pocketed the $105 million extension. He would be lucky to get $10 million a year as a known cheat. If Braun has any integrity left in his body he should approach the Brewers about re-negotiating his $100 million dollar extension down. He has put the future of this franchise in a terrible situation based on his cheating. I'm sorry doesn't work anymore, pay ALOT of the money back Ryan. I'm sick Go Brew

Castellanos has been horrific this year at AAA I believe. Not saying he wouldn't be worth it but I'm just saying.....

Crapshoot, Look at the Cardinals system, if you're going to wack Melvin (I don't think he should go) your #1 target is the top guy for the Cardinals, bring him in as GM, he's been unbelievable, they have so much talent coming up they really don't know what to do with it. Bring his scouts as well. (Miller, Lyon, Gast, Wacha (pitching tomorrow), Martinez has been up. I'm sure Im missing a few.

Guys the person who should be fired is Bruce Seid, he basically has produced nothing of consequence in his 4 drafts. Awful awful awful. Melvin making the Gomez and Greinke trade gives him ALOT leeway.

Card show at the Claremont on Howell today. FYI
  18. KCBrewerfan34
Awesome scans guys! I thought I would inquire, does anyone have the Rickie Weeks 2004 Leaf Limited auto, if so PM me. Thanks, Mike

Great signing, I thought The Brewers were able to sign a Boras client to a deal recently, not sure who it was. Fielder was an upper echelon player who had a responsibility to the union to get the best deal, just like Greinke.

I think a $150 million dollar player suing for defamation makes him look really bad, Braun took the high road, he just wants to play baseball and win a World Series. Without PED's how did the guy hit 40+ HR's, LUCK?
  21. KCBrewerfan34
I have a few questions, especially directed to the people who think Braun is guilty. 1. What is he doing buying $20,000-$30,000 which equals almost a lifetime supply. 2. Has a lawyer ever showed up in a ledger or in any PED scandal, the lawyer(s) would have to be beyond brain dead to get involed in something like that. 3. If Braun is a juicer since college like some have hinted at, how is the world has this guys body stayed almost the same since he was drafted. I would call that near impossible to pull off. I maintained Braun was innocent last winter and I thought the statement he released this week was either the greatest story ever concocted or completely the truth. If he doesn't get suspended I'm expecting 40+ Hr's again and Braun will be even more driven to prove the naysayers wrong. GO BREW!
  22. KCBrewerfan34
Braun's amount owed apparently was the highest amount in the ledger BY FAR. i have never heard of attorneys being caught up in PED's. If Braun's statement is untrue it's a brilliant explanation for sure. My question is can Braun be suspended for the positive test in 2011 when he's already been cleared?
  23. KCBrewerfan34
One can only hope, I can't see a guy who's made a $150 million over his career playing for $2 million bucks or so but stranger things have happened
  24. KCBrewerfan34
    Per Rotoworld, thank goodness!!!
  25. KCBrewerfan34
I get it but if Lohse can do a 3.50 ERA or lower for the next 2-3 years doesn't that make sense. His numbers have been terrific over the last 2 years or so. Is there anyway we can get around the #1 pick comp? I doubt St. Louis would want him in the division.
