why would you even bring that in here!

Does anybody know their charter details? Do they normally go into General Mitchell and come through the general public areas, like Austin Straubel (Packers)? Private party at Mikey's downtown last night from about 1am-4am for the team. Was anyone lucky enough to be downtown that late on a Thursday night and run into any Brewers who were "lit" as the kids are saying??

Does that mean that the Cubs also get to celebrate tonight, after getting shut out by Nova? If the Cardinals lose, the Cubs clinch a spot. I read somewhere Cubs will not be celebrating Wild Card clinch My girlfriend is a Childcare Attendant for the players children. She just received an email from her boss stating this...."If we clinch tonight, the team will be coming back to MKE and will be ready to celebrate! They plan to come directly to the ballpark for a late night party and we're looking for childcare attendants from 12pm-3am. I know you all have day jobs and the requested time is absurdly early. No pressure but if you're available, you'll receive a generous amount for your time. Let me know ASAP if you're available and I"ll be in touch with contact information" so that essentially answers that.

I just got an e-mail that had my account number included. If you go to the Brewers post season site at 10 today and enter your account it should let you buy tickets. I'm not exactly sure what I did to become a Brewers Insider, so unfortunately I'm very little help, but I did receive the same email. For those expecting it...it did show up in the "Promotions" folder of my Gmail account, so I had to do some digging. If you're expecting it, but don't have it, check all other folders in your account. Hopefully this helps atleast 1 person.

Just look at it this way......at the All-Star Break BOTH Yelich/Baez were both batting .292...........now here we are with a week left, one of them is ONLY batting .293. The other, batting .322. One is exactly the same as first half, one has gone WAY above and beyond in the 2nd half. Seems clear cut to me!

I know where UWM plays right now is just absolutely an AWFUL stadium, plenty of local high schools have better facilities. I'm hoping the new facility in Franklin will liven things up for them. If it helped recruiting and they could make the CWS a little more consistently they might get some news love here in the City. I know the Horizon typically only gets 1, maybe 2 teams in the CWS every year.

from what i can tell its more like 2,400 more than a UWM baseball game.

    1) Does anyone in the greater milwaukee area give a hoot about UWM Baseball? I feel like they get no love/support, yet we have a Division 1 baseball program right in our backyard...will the development of the new Franklin Commons increase interest in that they now have a new ballpark to play in, rather than the Hank? Or just general thoughts on UWM baseball, sorry if there is a thread, I couldn't fine one 2) Any thoughts on the introduction of the Milwaukee Milkmen, a new Independent League team playing in the American Association..does anyone care? thoughts?

They did that here in Alabama and we got stuck with the Rocket City Trash Panda's. Stadium is thanks to city of Madison so didn't get the city right and the mascot is dumb. "Stuck with?" It's an incredible name. that..is without question, the greatest nickname in all of sports...idk how you can say "Stuck With"
  10. tdcarney22
Come on....the obvious combo is the "Manderson" battery!
  11. tdcarney22
    .......yeah..what he said!

C - pina/kratz IF - aguilar, schoop, perez, arcia, shaw, moose OF - cain, yelich, braun, granderson, thames SP - chacin, miley, anderson, gio, davies?? BP - hader, knebel, jeffress, jennings, burnes, soria, last spot (Cedeno, Peralta, Taylor W, Woodruff) That would be my guess. Don't see much wiggle room outside of what's here, unless you drop 1 BP option for another stick

I'm with you. Play it at Miller Park. Sure the Cubs would have a large number of fans, but if the price is right, I could see plenty of Brewer fans showing up to root for the Nats. Play it at MP, purely to make the Cubs deal with "some" travel issues, even if it is a 90 minute bus ride. Thats better than Wrigley.

I'm much much less upset about Yelich getting the day off as I am about Perez in RF over Santana/Broxton/really anybody...and batting 2nd. Maybe he's putting him there to set himself up better for late game maneuvering? I'm grasping at straws here...this makes less sense than starting Tommy Lastella at 3b today over Bryant as some cubs fan suggested. I agree, Perez is a mind-boggling decision. I was more so just upset, not seeing Yelich in the lineup just gives me the feeling of "this game doesnt matter" when as a fan, TONIGHT MATTERS!!
  15. tdcarney22
Cain CF Perez RF Aguilar 1B Braun LF Schoop 2B Moose 3B Kratz C Arcia SS Chachin P NO Yelich in the biggest game of the year to date? and Perez in the 2 hole? oiy CC what are you thinking today!!!

My argument would then be, what would have happened had the ball actually landed fair instead of ricocheting foul? Since Lorenzen apparently didn't intentionally try to bunt it fair and it accidentally did, does he get another pitch? Or ice cream? To me squaring to bunt on a pitch sells out you are intending to bunt, and the only way you no longer are is if you completely pull the bat back and resume a hitting stance as the pitch is delivered. It's on the hitter to get the bat out of the way if they don't want it to hit the ball, no matter where the pitch is thrown. It's a strikeout. well i'm fairly certain that ANY ball off the bat that ends up in fair territory is a ball-in-play....for example, if you throw at a batters head, and he ducks but doesnt get the bat out of the way and it goes fair, the ball is played as such....intention doesnt matter on a fair ball.

It's going to be OKAY! All that matters is we win the series vs Cin. It doesnt matter if we win the last 2, first 2, or 1st/3rd. just that we win the series. Uphill climb to win the last two, but those are MUST wins to me at this point!!! and based on CC's post game presser, i dont think we'll be seeing Guerra again so we don't have to worry about that! Just needed to let him implode last night, its better that way versus a more meaningful game in September.

Before end of week soon? Only heard 'coming soon'. Sorry for the vagueness. That's all I got. does this mean we can all jump all over him and chastise him for his vague responses and question his credibility too? seem's like the common thing to do here when someone claims to have a "source" for the record, I support everyone with a source as it fuels the fire and makes having a discussion in February about Brewers baseball meaningful! Which isnt something we can say often!

Here's my current Crypto-Folio. Thoughts on the coins? advice? I like to consistently invest, but smaller amounts as I'm a simple blue collar man looking to increase the value. 3,000+ ADA/Cardano Coins 500 APPC/AppCoins Looking to next invest in possibly XRP, XVG? maybe a few others pending some advice others give me. Please feel free to drop any advice, i'm more than open to it. I'd prefer it that if you have anything negative to say about my investing, keep it to yourself, it is MY money after all!

Sorry, but there were a few people on here who ruined that opportunity. HighHeat19.....c'mon man. It's the internet. There is nowhere you can go anymore and not be ridiculed by some loser who lives in mom/dad's basement who has no job and nothing but time on their hands. get over it. they're all just jealous of the info/sources you have, and live their whole lives being pessimistic towards everything they hear. That will never change. However, their are HUNDREDS of Brewers fans on here who look for your postings on a daily basis. you're almost like a Rumor Mill Jesus to some of us.....don't let the voice of the few speak for the voice of the many. Man up, come on back, and lets get some quality insight going back on these boards!!!!!!
  21. tdcarney22
so wait, does this mean that HH19 is back??? If so, welcome back! definitely looking forward to whatever you put out there to spurn further discussion!
  22. tdcarney22
For those of you waiting for HH19 to return...check out the "Where is Domingo going" board. he's posted SEVERAL times in there today, with a complete breakdown of everything since he's been gone. That should get you your Brewers fix.
