  1. You said they don't want to pay two managers i guess because they can't afford it. Just say I like Murphy and leave small market out of it. They are not bad because of market size. They lost a key player and did absolutely nothing to replace him because.... they are a small market? I don't think so.
  2. Mark A has a current net worth of 1.9 billion dollars he could fire Murphy and still afford to sign a 3rd baseman. My point is don't fall into the we can't win because we are a small market. Maybe the decisions are harder but if you couldn't afford a team they would sell.
  3. I keep seeing small market in everyone excuse for why they stink. That's exactly what Mark was hoping for. He's winning.
  4. This team could use a spark. Somethings off. Fire Murphy. Why not? He's not good. Please start making calls. I would sell ASAP.. Q has to have value.
  5. Just a guess but Brewers have to lead the league in 3 up 3 down inning on offense. Just now spark at all.
  6. You have to ask why exactly Durbin was the guy the Brewers settled on from the Yankees. He clearly can't play 3rd or short so he's a 2b with a fringe bat. Thank God Williams has been brutal or this would be the whole conversation.
  7. Alonso is killing it. I would have signed him as the 1b and let Hoskins DH if you can't move him.
  8. Exactly right. We all knew what needed to be done. Mark said no thanks. Going to be a long year because of it.
  9. Give him credit that guy has stepped up big time. That's what happens when you bring in a big bat to take pressure off young guys. Tucker was that. Chourio feeling it imo.
  10. Agreed. If he can't cut it starting I'm thinking he's better than some of the bullpen options.
  11. Wasn't Cameron hot in the minors?? Why can't he get in a game??
  12. The improvement that Armstrong has made is what I was hoping to see from Chourio. Not so fast.
  13. Jays gave all their money to Vlad. Make an offer for Bichette. He's not staying there. Build a package and try to keep him long term. He needs a reset.
  14. I was going pull Brown from my fantasy lineup but I saw he had a start against the Crew thank goodness 😅
  15. The way they treated the off-season you could definitely make that argument. My thing is after having your guts ripped out in the playoffs your only move was losing your shortstop? The Packers lose the long snapper and there is hell to pay.
  16. What is the option? Capra?? I mean they have absolutely nothing until Pratt is ready.
  17. I know. Lol. My point is it would kinda be nice to have your long man available tonight. I hate openers for this reason. He blew a guy for two batters.
  18. So since Alexander only got 2 outs can he just come back in or is he burned for the whole game. Jeez brutal decision
  19. I'm calling Cubs by 10 games at the all star break
  20. A reminder Yelich costs more than Kyle Tucker.
  21. Priester clearly not a relief pitcher.
  22. Something is off with the crew this season. I think Murphy created a monster with the make a mistake sit down thing. How can you decide which mistake is a sit down one or not? Young guys are now afraid to mess up because Papa is going to snap. This ain't Notre Dame.
