    I’d say they’d have a chance at a call up if not for this possible lockout. You do not want them sitting on the 40 man roster unable to participate in minor league games next season if that’s the rules. Plus pre-free agency service time might get changed in the CBA from 6 years to 4 and if you start their clock without one of these extensions in place the Brewers could get totally screwed over with service time changes

    Call him up for a small sample, start his service clock, have to add him to the 40 man, might not even do well then potentially have him sitting on the MLB roster next season during a lockout and not playing when he could be in AAA getting crucial development ABs instead, they won’t do it unless they sign him to one of those 8 year extensions soon which I don’t think is happening, same situation with Made. Possibly extended in March 2027 though along with Made. If they value Fischer that much at least.

    Honestly think Fischer is more likely to be traded than he is to be called up this year. Although I don’t want him traded Brewers might sell high and use him as the main piece in a package for someone big, selling high on him and assuming his K rate will continue being an issue but with less HRs in the future.

    Made or Fischer will not see MLB ABs this year so people need to get that thought out of their head to avoid disappointment.

    Could be another move or 2 coming we’ll see. Hamilton could still go on IL or Yelich could get a phantom IL stint til after the ASB since he’s been awful. Then maybe Chourio is primary DH for a bit and then all of Mitchell, Sal, Lara all still playing. But then Chourio DHing can cut into Vaughn’s PT. Bauers still needs to be playing every day. We’ll see if there’s any other changes soon.

    If there’s no other moves and it’s just a Lara for Perkins swap, why didn’t they just do that a month ago? I don’t understand where Lara’s PT is coming from unless Sal’s getting benched. Chourio and Mitchell obviously not losing any PT rn

    I think they’re actually trying Sal at 3B while Hamilton is out as the platoon option and Lara’s taking Sal’s OF spot lol. Nothing else makes sense unless someone else is hurt. Gasser is the guy getting the double header extra roster spot today I assume so that’s not for Lara I think.

    Very curious what they do and this is the first injury to a position player in over a month I believe. Black is already on the 40 man and fills the lefty batter spot but doesn’t play 3B. Could play Vaughn at 3B and Black at 1B some the next week but not super ideal I’m sure. Otherwise Jett Williams, Luke Adams, Eddys Leonard, Brock Wilken play 3B but all are righty batters and not on the 40 man. Although a 40 man spot isn’t a big concern as Lockridge to 60 day IL can create a spot as you said. Curious what they do. Likely don’t look outside the org for an option. Probably 95% chance it’s one of Black or Jett if I had to guess.

    Logan Henderson re-enters the top 100 on MLB.com so Brewers now have 7 top 100 guys there. He is 2 innings away from prospect graduation though so he will be removed off the top 100 within a week.

    Watched episode 1 of “Road to the Show” on Peacock featuring Jesus Made and 5 other prospects including likely 2026 #1 pick Roch Cholowsky and Ethan Holliday, pretty basic stuff but plenty of cool footage of Made in Spring Training and some insight on his character and mindset, will be watching each episode released

    MLB.com now moved Adamczewski into the top 100. Im a massive fan. The depth is insane rn. Will be sad if any if these top guys are traded for high level MLBers but could see it with this depth.

    He’d be a top 40 prospect if he was a Dodger instead they somehow dropped him out of the top 100 on MLB.com Brock Wilken 3-4 tonight with a go ahead 3 run HR just now. Quero, Payne, Ragsdale with HRs tonight

    Wilken hits a missile out to left center for a 3 run HR and the Sounds take a 7-4 lead! Wilken now 3-4 and a triple away from the cycle

    I disagree, I was sitting under the same cam in the stadium a few weeks ago and him staring at it was the only thing keeping my 9 month old son from a full on meltdown
