Illinois getting completely dismantled. Did not see that coming. Thought it would at least be competitive.

They went four and six over the last 10 games and in every win they scored at least three goals and in every loss they scored two or less. One more dynamic scorer and they probably would be playing for a national championship. Digging deeper only one time did they score three goals or more and lose the whole season. 3 was the magic number. 23-1-1 when scoring 3 or more.

I hope I am wrong but Black has the same massive front foot lift that has plagued Huira and Adames and Urias and Brinson. When you get to the show that front foot lift is an open invitation to get speed changed to death. -

I like Gard but the times are a changin and it might be time for new leadership. While you dont need to be a screaming lunatic like Fran there are/were times he needed to be far more in your face with the stripes. He really gets zero respect from the Zebras. Bo was far more effective.

Utah State played like dog crap no matter what but it was pretty obvious in the first 10 minutes that body contact and over the back were not going to be called.

Purdue has perfect officiating for the way they want to play. Utah State has no chance.
