    At this point in the season the managers job is to give each player and the team their best chance to succeed. With a left handed pitcher you don’t just bench Vaughn unless he’s not ready to play and then he shouldn’t be on the roster. And of course Yelich came up in the biggest spot this is the Milwaukee brewers not the Milwaukee yelichs. Murphy would be good to remember that. You did not put the team in the best spot to succeed and that’s on him

    Every team in these playoffs were going to be good and all have their strengths. I’m just happy we got the bye. That was the most important thing from here on out they are going to play really good teams. I’m not too worked up over the padres. It was going to be a 50/50 series no matter who we play

    The only reason I don’t like playing the cubs is they have seen our pitchers a lot more than other teams. And they e actually hit out really good pitchers like Miz and megill pretty well. Plus having 50% cubs fans for a home game sucks

    We are going to need as many relievers as we can. We really don’t have any starters other than the first two. Unless gasser continues to surprise.

    Every game just shows that every guy no one’s heard of comes up and pitches better than may. it’s just arrogance at this point that we will pitch May in game three and spot a playoff team a 3-4 run lead after two innings while dh ing Yelich because of feelings. Those will be our undoing ultimately. when the playoffs start we should play our best players every game period. Vaughn dh. Bauers at first and Hamilton should not get one start. Harrison should not be on roster. Brewers need a bunch of relievers to get through a 5 or 7 games series and the playoff roster should reflect that.
