I was annoyed to see him get pulled back but to say that when the Brewers lost by 3 runs is pretty crazy.Agreed. He probably would've hit 2-3 booming foul balls that he gets way out in front of and then struck out whiffing on an outside slider. -
Maybe RR and Melvin shouldn't have sat down and kissed Gomez' butt for no apparent reason when they acquired Nyjer. As if he's Babe Ruth Jr. guaranteeing him his playing time and non-platoon situation. A 2-hole hitter with a .250ish OBP is pathetic (small sample size I know, but look at his career OBP).

I love Yo Ga. With he and Greinke, we're going to get a lot of back-to-back W's this year...masterful "pitcher" unlike Sheets being a "thrower." I wonder if the Sheets apologists would admit that, finally.

RR needs to do his first dose of real "managing" right now and basically state the obvious to his team. We only played 4 games so far. We haven't even gotten one week into the season, so let's start winning now and before long, nobody will even remember the 0-4 start.

So how many games in a row do we have to lose to start the season before we end the "this is no different than a 4-game skid in June" line? 5, 6, 7, 10? A 10-game losing streak in April is no different than in June? The fact is we're the only NL team without a win. The guys are feeling the pressure now, as well as the manager I am sure.
