    Please don't let Gagne come close to that record... At any rate I'm shocked to look back and see that Plesac blew 6 saves that season...I loved Rollie Fingers as a kid but the first "shutdown" Brewers' closer I clearly remember was Plesac.

    I mean, I'm disappointed and frustrated right now, but I'm not gonna snap at a fellow Brewers' fan for being optimisitic and trying to encourage optimism, especially when there's decent reason for it. It's April, and the Brewers are above 500 and two games back, and they're missing key players, and they haven't played all that great so far. I'll take it. Tonight, though? Tonight stunk. Gimmie Skaalen's head on a platter!
