    We were at that game, and the next day's too. Easily the least pleasant experience I've had at Miller Park. I remember watching that game on television and being glad I wasn't there.

    FL to WI? How bad was your first winter here? Well, I was born in Milwaukee and moved to Sarasota at a young age, so I did have childhood memories of snow. But man, childhood memories kind of go to the wayside the first time you slip on black ice, or have to shovel your car out of a couple feet of wet stuff. The first time it snowed in Beloit my first year there, I had people taking photos of me and everything, it was a total novelty. I got over that real quick.

    Beloit College, class of '99. Theatre. I transferred there from Florida State after taking two years off. I worked on-campus building theatrical sets and also off-campus waiting tables at a local pizza/pasta place called Domenico's. My senior year I got paid as the college's radio station manager, too, so that was a nice gig.
