  1. Truly, The World's Greatest Funnyman
  2. ugh, anyone else put together the fact that Hall was on the magnet schedule this year? Can we petition the marketing department to not put a player on that stupid thing next year???? It was the first thing I thought of...I'd kinda hoped his slow start this year was the magnet curse, but I guess we weren't so lucky Please don't put Prince or Bruan or Yo on there next year http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/frown.gif
  3. Regardless of how good his stuff is, those "piles of crap" are outperforming Orvella by a country mile this year
  4. The more I think about this one, the more frustrating it gets. Rooting on the Nationals to do your dirty work is a futile pursuit, the Crew needs to take care of business this week against these teams, not hand them the game with 4 Es. All the same, I'm hardly in panic mode here and I assume and hope the Brewers aren't either lest they start pushing it and making things like multiple errors and losses to the likes of Shane Youman a regularity.
  5. I suppose that always beats a dramatic loss, but still. Time for some extra field work. Yo stunk today but the errors were costly.
  6. Villy didn't have any problem "pitching out of his element" in Detroit. It was just a bad outing on his part today, likely because he was burnt out a bit.
  7. The Cubs board has a longer thread about this game than here, those guys are really chomping at the bit Strange thing is they were 5.5 back just a few weeks ago, but only NOW is it a big deal to them.
  8. Well, a team with 4 errors deserves to lose, and while I'm not outraged, I think it was pretty questionable bringing Yo out this inning, especially since we could've used the bat last inning. Go Nats.
  9. OK, I suppose I can live with one run
  10. Ah, I just "tuned in" and hadn't noticed that
  11. Villy isn't an issue here...there are two errors this inning
  12. Great...there always seems to be a way to twist this into benefitting Bud or the Brewers
  13. Is Villy our Zumaya? I know they're not the same type pitcher, but at this point I feel better with him on the mound than anyone else on staff short of Sheeter
  14. A 7 run lead is now there for the blowing http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/embarassed.gif http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/tongue.gif
  15. Yeah, after the last week and Tracy playing with fire there, I also thought Damian might get the Granny. Is it LaCrosse Night in Pittsburgh?
  16. Online that looks like a pretty weird play
  17. The IGTs have been slower than the pace of the games lately. Where is everyone Vacation I suppose. Monday, etc Despite the Suppan dogpile tonight, I think it's been a pretty entartaining game
  18. Brutal at bat by Bautista, hopefully we can get a DP here
  19. Yes it has ... on the back and yes SOME people do mistake it for that other 4 letter word. The reason people mistake it is because the company plays it up...as I was walking to lunch today, I passed a teenage boy wearing one that said "I'd ... me." Lame, and about as witty as those idiotic "Big Johnson" t-shirts from way back.
