  1. It’s still in the first inning and I like Vinny Rottino better than anyone else they have had as analyst this year.
  2. Any bets what Hiura does this time? I’m thinking Keepers
  3. Hiura is …….. I don’t have the right word.
  4. Vinny Rotino on the postgame show is wayyyyy better than Tim Dillard.
  5. Pirates and Cubs.
  6. Bohm is a terrible defensive player. Not the kind guys Stearns likes.
  7. Someone should forward that to Rosenthal.
  8. They might have some kind of war lead right now but they won’t by the end of the year.
  9. After today I say it’s official. The Brewers won that trade. And Urias hasn’t played yet this year.
  10. I like that proposal but not sure what the Yankees would do with Tellez. It would add about 11 million to the Brewers payroll but seems like a 10 million dollar Gallo contract would be like an 18 million one for Grandal Voit is controllable for 3 more years. That would fit our timeline very well.
  11. Do we now make a trade from the outfield surplus? Cain, Taylor?
  12. Olson to the Brewers is not happening as much as I would like to have that happen. Between prospect cost and salary cost it is just not something the Brewers will do. I know, they could if they wanted to "go" for it. They will figure out another way.
  13. Just said it was my opinion. I think we are allowed to have one here. I also think the Mets have some major league pieces that they want to move. Looking at past returns for GM type people might not apply in this case.
  14. If pitchers shouldn't bat because of fear of injury maybe hitters shouldn't throw for fear of the same. Let's see: no fielders so if you don't hit it over the fence it is an out. And actually no one should run the bases either. So pitchers throw with a cage in front of them so line drives are stopped. I guess the list is endless. I would change the color but don't know how. Sorry.
  15. I'm of the opinion that he is going to go. Period. So my take is trade him right now and get something back.
  16. I'm not sure I see where having a DH would lead to this "Adding the Universal DH creates more demand for players". Unless the roster size increases.
  17. https://www.blessyouboys.com/2022/2/3/22912633/detroit-tigers-reese-olson-scouting-report-prospect-rankings Sometimes it doesn't work out.
  18. Hopefully Luis is better than Gilbert.
  19. Will there be much information tomorrow about the signings? Seems like it is usually delayed for a day or three.
  20. Are the Brewers going to go with 6 starters? If so I doubt that anyone is traded. If the Brewers are "going for it" I would think that the big 3 pitch on a very regular basis. Especially if the plan is to trade them before they become free agents. That said it seems like DS manages to surprise us every year. Keep the starters but find that bat that makes a difference.
  21. On the other side of that is Burnes more than plus 150 and Peralta and Woodruff over plus 100.
  22. I know the Baseball Trade Value site is pretty random but Yelich has more than a 100 point negative trade value. Yikes!
