    We would have too many OF’s if he makes the big league’s. Many there is no such thing as too many. Can always trade him. Wouldn’t it be amazing if all 5 picks from 2020 made it to the show!

    I know with the Reds closer to us in the standings I should hope for a Cubs win. I just can’t do it.

    In typical DS style there was virtually no chatter about this. Escobar long rumored as a possibility for the Brewers. But until it happened there was nothing. I’m hoping for more silence.

    Why trade for Tellez if he is not going to play? Seems like a waste of trade assets.

    Joey Gallo seems like a really good fit for the Brewers. Big bat but great OBP. I know he would cost a ton of prospect capitol but he also might be the bat to get us over the NL West teams. Seems doubtful that it happens but DS keeps things close to the vest so maybe? We have the big 3 SP needed for short series. Gallo and a bullpen arm or two and I would stack us up against anyone.

    So what will it take for the Brewers to move up in the rankings? Maybe they always will snub our prospects in spite of the help they bring to the big league club.

    You can blame whomever you want. You can give credit to whomever you want. If the offense doesn't produce someone will go. Players, not likely. Counsell, not likely. Stearns, not likely. Haines, much more likely.
