  1. Your point makes far too much sense
  2. He’s rivaling Jim Gantner for Yogi-worthy quotes
  3. Why keep Anderson on the 26-man roster if he isn’t playing? I prefer Toro to Anderson or Tellez.
  4. Why keep Anderson on the roster if he isn’t playing? I prefer Toro to Anderson or Tellez.
  5. 120 games into the 2023 season, Urías with his first highlight …
  6. Late 70’s & early 80’s Brewers were that fun
  7. Two things … 1. Like all of you - I love the Milwaukee Brewers 2. Our offense is disgusting Last night’s 1-0 loss is evidence that our world-class starting pitchers have zero room for error As soon as we give up a run - the game is over (I’m aware Payamps gave up the run … so I guess Burnes’s mistake was not throwing a complete game in under 100 pitches) One more thing … I’m still happy that the FO didn’t trade away our top prospects to add “a quality bat” at the deadline It would take more than one to offset this pathetic offense I live in DFW & I will watch the weekend series on TV I can’t bear paying for tickets & parking & food to sit in 100+ degree weather in hopes that these hitters come alive While an avid 54-year fanatic … I’m embarrassed to be a Brewers fan with their inability to hit the ball I’m equally frustrated by Counsell’s stubbornness to keep batting Adames high in the order I will continue to hope that we scratch out enough wins to somehow win this weak NL Central division, but I can’t imagine winning a playoff series against any of the opponents we would face I'm ready for football - even though I anticipate the Packers will be similar to this year’s Brew Crew … disappointing
  8. I may not be able to stay awake long enough to see the beginning of this game
  9. Why has Chourio been out for several games? Is he dealing with a minor injury or is this simply a break after a long season?
  10. That’s funny … & probably fairly accurate Toro is far superior defensively to Hiura, Voit, Winker, & maybe Tellez Oddly enough - even Santana has played poor defensively since joining the Brewers All that to say - a hot bat with adequate defense would be welcome & Toro is more likely to provide that spark than these others
  11. Didn’t Uribe walk 3 batters on 12 straight balls?
  12. I wasn’t a fan of this trade but I understand why he was added He is old & washed at 37 I’m still glad we didn’t trade any top prospects for a team that struggles so badly against horrible opponents
  13. Surely Uribe is not the best option here after his last meltdown a few days ago to lose in extra innings I’m tired of going to extra innings against such horrible opponents
  14. If Severino can walk & chew gum we lost the Santana trade I’m actually happy that Tellez is returning I’d rather keep Toro on the roster & release Santana - he’s been a big disappointment both offensively & defensively
  15. I may be wrong but I believe they hope to trade him like they did Naquin before the season ends I’m not sure he will get another opportunity with Milwaukee - but if he does - I will be his biggest fan every time he steps to the plate
