I could be way off but I picture him as a gangly, unemployed, coke-bottle glasses wearing, twenty-something year old, with carpal tunnel in both thumbs from playing video games for ten years - still living in his mom’s basement

Yoho should be on the same flight to Nashville both pitchers need refinement before helping the big league club
  3. edfunderburk
    I still miss Colin Rea
  4. edfunderburk
Priester is completely overmatched I guess Murphy will let him cover as many innings as possible before he is sent to Nashville This could be a long weekend … & season
  5. edfunderburk
He certainly hasn’t been sharp the last few outings Maybe he can go to Nashville & develop more for next year when we lose a few starters It doesn’t seem like he’s ready yet to be successful in the majors
  6. edfunderburk
I’m enjoying the minor league games
  7. edfunderburk
I’m concerned that we will be several games behind the Cubs before our top pitchers return I would like to see Ashby, Civale, Hall, & Woodruff return ASAP I assume Cortes is done for the year We are also missing Mitchell & Perkins I don’t recall seeing this many lopsided losses in one season in many years Love the Brew Crew - but this team (as currently assembled) is not good at all Quite impressive to start tonight’s game at .500

For those who prefer to spin every game & every Murphy decision in a positive way - What you got for me tonight?
  9. edfunderburk
He can’t pitch again until tomorrow
  10. edfunderburk
I’ve been nervous about this series for several weeks My fears are being proven true Unfortunately, the Cubs are a better team (at this time) than the Brewers This year may be a rest year for us
  11. edfunderburk
I wonder if the Red Sox would allow us to rescind our recent trade
  12. edfunderburk
Close … Priester clearly not a Major League pitcher yet
  13. edfunderburk
Murphy is trying too hard Let’s just play baseball
  14. edfunderburk
I wonder if Pappa Murphy is “teaching him a lesson” as he did Myers, Durbin, & Frelick last week
  15. edfunderburk
Not necessarily - but allowing Capra to stay on the big league roster is discouraging Peguero may be an upgrade over Yoho - at least temporarily
  16. edfunderburk
Did Milwaukee not make any 26-man roster changes before this Cubs series? It seemed obvious after Thursday’s game that Yoho would go down - possibly for Peguero. Surely there are a few moves to be made to improve the team or at least offer hope & show fans that the Brewers want to win. I’m shocked at the silence - as if “we’re good” - “this will do”
  17. edfunderburk
I was referring to Murphy’s postgame condescending comments about Myers - he sounded like an old man … “Get off my lawn”
  18. edfunderburk
We must make a few roster moves before the Cubs series just to indicate that we care about winning
  19. edfunderburk
Murphy blew through the bullpen yesterday to “teach Myers a lesson” … now he is letting Yoho get shelled … stubborn old dude
  20. edfunderburk
At least your post is true today
  21. edfunderburk
We need to shuffle 4-5 bottom of the roster players out & get some new bodies up if for nothing more than change & giving other players a chance We seem to have several non MLB players on the big league team Any update on injuries … Ashby, Hall, Civale, Perkins, others?
  22. edfunderburk
    Or even Nashville
  23. edfunderburk
I love Colin Rea I despise the Cubs I’m conflicted
  24. edfunderburk
  25. edfunderburk
That sounded like a game winning hit Bauers has been solid this season
