I hope McIntosh takes a similar approach to basketball as he did with football. Like Chryst, Gard is a ‘good man’ & a decent coach … but he can’t recruit & keep the Badgers competitive. This year’s team will be lucky to finish .500 … if we want to remain (become) competitive in the Big Ten & nationally, we need a new coach who can resurrect this bland, boring program. Today’s Badgers basketball is hard to watch.

Who are some recent examples of “this type of pitcher” that you’ve come to love?

I love “old school” references … you clearly communicated with the 50 & over forum members … the younger crowd is likely perplexed 🤓

I’m surprised he would accept that assignment

Is Duffy not signed somewhere? What is his age? Recent history?

I believe Owen Miller makes the team over Hiura & possibly Turang out of Spring Training. My hope is Hiura is traded & we save $2M & he gets a fresh start elsewhere. I also believe Anderson is the primary 3B & Urius the starter at 2B initially.

There are so many of you on this website that are far more knowledgeable of Brewers baseball than me. I’m interested in seeing your projections for our Opening Day roster. is it possible to have 14 position players? Is there a minimum # of pitchers? I love the addition of Anderson. I’m wondering what rookies join Mitchell on the 26-man roster. Please reply with your best guess of the OD roster. Let’s assume no injuries & no more additions.

“We” didn’t … if that includes “me“ I was never in favor of him being on the roster in 2022 He was not an $8M bat … I’m thrilled he’s gone Nice story to end his career in a Pirates uniform

I’m so glad Cutch will not be on the Brewers roster again

I could see Houser & Small for Santander We need (another) RH power bat … ideally in the OF Santander might be a good option

What would Santander OR Laureano cost the Brewers? What if any value does Hiura have in a trade? With the addition of Miley - will Milwaukee look to trade one of their starters … Lauer or Houser?

I don’t necessarily mind him in Nashville … as long as he’s not on the 40-man roster

The best part of this transaction is no more Trevor Kelley on the roster
