Since he wasn’t traded, he should DH against RH starters -
A wise man once said: “They’re human. It (a loss like last night) happens. Just gotta move on.”
-
Why does Cutch continue to hit clean up against RH starters? Wouldn’t that be a good spot for Renfroe?
-
Burnes losing to the Pirates last night made a bad day much worse
-
Surely I’m not alone in my sudden dislike for the Padres I admire the “all in” approach from their GM Preller … but I honestly want all their new acquisitions to flounder This may seem petty but it is one of the ways I plan to cope with the Brewers poor showing at the trade deadline
-
My thoughts exactly … I assume an oversight on the 5-year mark … otherwise the complimentary remarks about Lamet from both Stearns & Counsell are disingenuous
-
I’m a tad embarrassed … all my friends know of my love for the Brewers … I have no answers for basic questions … these whacky decisions are indefensible There are 5-7 guys on the 40-man roster I would DFA over Lamet … I’m completely stunned by the Rosenthal trade & the Lamet DFA I do understand the Severino decision … I honestly believe the Brewers tried to trade Narvaez & couldn’t get what they wanted so they “finally” dropped Severino Not our best week … especially with Burnes losing to the hapless Pirates & Hader getting the victory last night on a Grisham walkoff HR
-
I’m agreeing with you … watch the tone … not sure why you feel the need to judge my intentions or motive I've stated that I’m glad we didn’t trade away top prospects … that has been my consistent viewpoint for weeks I could give a rat’s rear end what you or any others on this forum think about my posts … I don’t understand the “join the outrage” comment
-
At no point ever have I referred to Attanasio cheap … not sure what you are referencing a “rental” to me is someone that is only hear through the end of the year & then becomes a free agent
-
What a disaster of a day for the Brewers
-
My last post didn’t age well Wong is red-hot Three HRs in four at bats Stearns can relax - Brewers offense lives to fight another day
-
I can see why Stearns chose not to add a bat … another wonderful offensive showing for the Brew Crew tonight against a HOF hurler
-
Yes … thank you … you should write my posts for me … that’s what I wanted to happen ??
-
I actually laughed out loud … not sure you intended to be funny but your post was immediately after my Hiura jab ⚾️?
-
C- I was hoping we would unload Hiura so I don’t have to endure another year of speculation that he is part of our future
-
I’d sort of like to see the Padres crash & burn … maybe even miss the playoffs … or at least exit early
-
In previous posts, I said I was okay with Wiemer & Small being traded … I wanted to protect the others I listed in the first paragraph. End of the day - I’d rather exit the playoffs with the team we have than with a rental that costs us any the these future Brewers. Does that help with your confusion?
-
While I’m severely disappointed that we didn’t add a middle of the order RH power bat or a true CF, I’m grateful that we didn’t trade away several of our top prospects - namely Chourio, Frelick, Mitchell, Small, & Turang. I like Tristan Peters as much as I like Joey Wiemer … so I am perplexed by the Trevor Rosenthal trade - especially since he was a free agent as recently as two weeks ago. A puzzling & underwhelming trade deadline for sure.
-
Chourio may be ready to play CF by late 2024
-
But we can watch him without being nervous
-
Are you surprised that a 61-year old, Caucasian, conservative minister knew about Parliament?
-
60 of 69 stolen bases … elite speed or not - that’s impressive
-
Is the Mothership Connection moniker a tribute to the group Parliament from the mid-70’s? If so … I salute you! ?
-
Quite ??

Former Univ Texas minor leaguer traded last year with Binelas & JBJ for Renfroe
