Ortiz is my breakout candidate for the middle 54 games of the season -
I’m sure Murphy will wax on & on about what a “great kid” Rodriguez is & how he had a gutsy performance At least we won’t have to see his little kids at the postgame presser tonight

Every game we play, I like Murphy a little less Megill should have never had to warm up tonight Murphy doesn’t deserve to be a manager in MLB He can go to Chicago & be a bench coach for all I care We need someone who make good “in game decisions” managing the Brewers

No … he’s just a very average MLB pitcher these days I hope he is a trade candidate once a few more pitchers get healthy - especially if Myers can get back on track

This year’s Brewers don’t pass the eye test - something is missing I honestly believe this is a .500 team … even after our injured players return A “down” year would not be so bad as long as we don’t sell off prospects for stopgap players to help us squeak into the playoffs From my vantage point - there are far too many NL teams that are significantly better than the 2025 Brewers I hope we hold onto our future players & plan for a World Series appearance in 2027

I hope Yelich is traded before his next at bat … his value may never be higher than after that 3-run HR in the 1st inning 😏

Miz only threw 3 innings tonight. I wonder why his outing was so short. I pray he isn’t injured. Maybe he’s being groomed for long relief in Milwaukee.

I’m sure what I’m about to write will be unpopular in this forum, but I believe Murphy is a great interview & cheerleader while Coun$ell is the better game manager. I don’t believe it is close in either category. I prefer our former leader by light years even though I hate “how” he left the team & “where” he landed.
