So RHP Logan Henderson was pulled after a scoreless 1 IP - 16 pitches. Does anyone have eyes on that? RHP Quinton Low came on and walked 4 and gave up a 3-spot. -
I second this notion. He got absolutely knocked around in that tacky Southern League showing. A few seeing eye hits early and then several deep liners. It was as they say in the DSL: '¡No Bueno!'

Robinson can't even protect a four-run lead these days. He is pulled for Vennaro. Bases still juiced. One down.

Robinson Has now walked in a run. You can't make his season up. That's now a double, two free passes, and a hit batter. 11-8 Shuckers. Bases still juiced.

Meanwhile, after jumping ahead 11-4, the Shuckers gave up a 3 spot in the 8th. Now struggling RHP Cam Robinson is on to try and close this out in the 9th. He has runners on the corners after a lead-off double and a walk to a force out at 2B. One down. He has also hit a batter. Bases are now juiced with still only 1 down.

Observation: A couple games after INF Freddy Zamora's rough work at SS, the Shuckers staff has tried him at 2B the past two games. INF Ethan Murray has slotted in at SS and he now has two errors in his past two games. I am at a loss. After watching RHP Matt Bush once again give up a meaningful run in a late-inning relief outing (hey, no long balls tho!), I feel only pain today.🤣

Nothing like the ACL Crew jumping to a 4-0 first inning lead only to give up 5 in the bottom half. I feel pain.

Kudos to RHP Nick Merkel for buckling down after INF's Eric Brown Jr. and Ernesto Martinez Jr. hung him out to dry with two fielding errors. He escapes the 8th inning allowing only one run but he definitely deserved better. T-Rats trail 4-2 in the bottom of the 8th.

We have a DH Quinton Low sighting - beware he has gotten hot lately in his limited opportunities at the dish. AND, we have a DH Quinton Low first long ball of his 2023 season! Continue to love everything about this young man's game. What a fun player to have in the organization.

This is what we would call a 'hanger': 10th of the year for Chourio. Two-run shot in the first frame. However, the Shuckers do trail 3-2 here in the middle innings of this bullpen game. RHP James Meeker started and once again was scoreless and dominant: 3 IP, 3 H, 1 BB, 3 K, 0 ER. Get this man a beer!

I'm all for INF Tyler Black getting the notoriety here in the new MLB Pipeline Top 10 3B in the Minor Leagues. BUT, can we just stop with these absurd 5'10" 190 notions? It's now getting ridiculous. It's here. It's there. It's everywhere. @wiguy94@ARobsBrewCrew: We are the change.😅

Boy, amongst his many baseball talents in his fantastic display at Nashville in 2023, it appears Eddy Alvarez also has a very accomplished French accent. That is not easy to pull off. Extremely impressive man in every facet. What can't he do?!

Boy, these DSL Dodgers currently have the DSL Cerveceros' number. DSL Uno trail 8-3 in the bottom of the 9th. DSL Dos are in extras versus the undefeated Dodgers Bautista 7-7 - the Dos just failed to knock a run across in the top of the 10th.

You absolutely love to see it. Whereas Middendorf never found his footing in Nashville (though, he has been much better early in his Biloxi re-assignment), Thompson has definitely adjusted and found his best stuff.

You can see the path here. That's a very hard hit foul ball directly to the path of his right knee cap on an inside cutter. Good grief. Let's get a break for once, hey? Just a bruise. Just a big bone bruise.
