  1. I think those are words no MLB reliever wants to read.😅
  2. Well, I just finished watching the Sounds play an inter league game with San Diego's PCL affiliate. Oh wait, that was the Brewers. Ooops.
  3. Well, gents...vibes have never been higher. On to L.A. Enjoy your evenings.
  4. It's quite nice to see Senzatela slide into the under performing relief acquisition at the Deadline. A tradition unlike any other. Everything feels right.
  5. Nah. This is who they are. It's best when you accept their innate futility.
  6. I feel better already. Best record in baseball, baby!
  7. I still fondly recall his late game strikeout in G1 of the NLCS. That was such a highly non-competitive high-leverage AB. Striking out at a ball at his eyes. Swing away, Bricey!
  8. Come on. He thought he called Uribe. When he saw Patrick on the mound it was too late. So he called for Uribe...wait, that's Ashby!? Dag nabbit!
  9. Who else is looking forward to a three up three down, three pedestrian at best AB's (at least one challenge worthy key pitch we can't challenge), followed by the walk off?
  10. What a comical game. This team is something. Let's see if they have an ounce of grit.
  11. Well, here's the thing. The Blue Jays didn't beat the Dodgers. The Dodgers won the World Series. The Dodgers have the most talent in baseball. They have the Stars to rise to the occasion and turn it up when it matters most. I agree with you October is all that matters and how a team is playing at the end of their season. Have the Brewers inspired any confidence since the last week before the All Star Break? Have the Brewers ended their seasons the past two years playing their best baseball? I'm not trying to be a Debbie Downer - really, I'm not. But, man alive, they kind of show us their true colors every season whether we want to admit it or not.
  12. Except, they're the Dodgers. We're those feisty lads who tout their woodpecker ways and the 'Power of Friendship'. We can only go so long relying on gimmicks. We have consistently shown who we are for quite some time. I don't think any of us are fooled by our record. Let me ask you this, assuming we make the post-season (obviously): Do you look forward to those Harrison starts at LA with this offense? I sure do!
  13. Wait. First we NEED good May today. Then we need Really bad (May)? Has Murphy gotten to you too?
