    They didn't say it was dirty, but they did say that he could have avoided the hit. Yeah, he probably could have avoided contact, HOWEVER, had he slid around him he would have been out. Catcher was near the plate, about to tag him, he plowed him to score the run.. Hey, that's what you do. He went a LITTLE out of his way but not much.

    I didn't realize that San Francisco's fans were so annoying. Then you got those two kids who keep showing up on the screen with their mouths literally on the camera and you can hear them yapping even when they don't show em. I like the broadcasters but otherwise this is horrible.. here's hoping they switch to FSN-North halfway through.

    I wonder who will pitch the 9th.. i'd rather not see Cappy.. I want them to give up the lead, only to load the bases in the bottom of the 9th for Carlos.

    I just thought of something... In the next year or so, our younger players are going to get pretty darn good. We really have about 5 to 7 guys that could be putting up all star numbers either next year or the year after. Prince Fielder Rickie Weeks Bill Hall Carlos Lee Ben Sheets Chris Capuano Derrick Turnbow And maybe even JJ Hardy as well. Now here's the thing.. If all of those players are performing at an All-Star level, do you think it's possible to have 2 players from the same team on the final vote? I mean what would we do? We can't vote for both players because we would never have enough to get either one in then. Just a thought......

    Brady needs to put his contact swing shoes on... But you can't blame him any more than you can blame Prince or Billy. Which means you can blame them all, ALOT, but equally.

    Why do we need to showcase Clark? Why is it bad to have a guy like him on the bench? Last time i checked his OBP was pretty good and he has good at bats when we need them.. When there is a tough lefty he can spell Gross, and if Gross starts doing real bad, give Clark a shot again. We need these types of players.. no one is going to give us a good relief pitcher for Brady Clark so why not just keep him.

    Look how happy Ramirez was after his little RBI. He couldn't stop smiling. It's going to take more than 1 run to beat us, Chicago. Rivera looks pretty cool behind the plate with that newer looking gear.. Let's see if he can hit now.

    I personally don't understand the hatred for Clark. He's batting .270 which isn't great but it isn't horrible. It's not really that bad at all. I just don't see why we HAVE to trade him either. What are we really going to get back for him anyway? Wouldn't you want a guy like that to come off the bench? He's be a great guy to pinch hit. Him and Cirillo on the bench is a wonderful thing in my opinion.
