    Dotel was pulled after two innings. Not sure what happened if this is a bullpen game, he's hurt or if Kelly pulled a Murphy and pulled him for being late covering first base on a potential double play.

    Yeah, all I've heard is how old the 49ers are, but Matt Stafford is 38, Garrett is 30 and Donald is 35 and hasn't played a football game in 33 months. The Rams are not going to get the same Donald they had before his retirement, they just aren't. Of course they'll make the playoffs barring an injury plagued season, but if given a choice between them and the field in the NFC to make the Super Bowl, I'm taking the field.

    PH for Kelly was absolutely a bad decision by CC. When I saw that I knew things would be alright. For some reason, managers are beholden to analytics/ righty lefty matchups to a fault. I would've trusted a righty veteran like Kelly to come through before a lefty rookie with 10 career at bats.

    Wow, I thought a trip to the minors would do him some good so I'm shocked to hear his walk rate was even worse there. Makes you wonder why he was called back up? I think the worst part of this is it's in his head now and if he can't figure it out next year, they'll have to chalk it up as a bust.
