    Parra. All joking aside I would rather have Chuckie Newhouse (Carlos V) in the role. I realize that we'd need to find a new long man but he has the stones and the stuff to thrive in that spot...' Edit: Bush has the look...that is for sure. I wouldn't want to face the "serial killer" in a one inning stint. People will probably bring up the fact that he has had issues in the 1st inning but when he knows that he will only need 3 outs he could dial it up a little bit more and let it fly...

    Why can't the Crew find anyone better than Miller? He is old, washed up and clearly not motivated. His D is terrible and his O is worse. Sheesh...

    Beanballs really tick me off...but not as much as they do Prince. Did you see that stare? I'm guessing Zito was a little uneasy there for a while... Also - I know that Hall has fouled a bunch of pitches off but "Hanging Tough" on the PA? C'mon guys AND THERE GOES HALL!! Big happy!!

    I haven't been this jacked for a rookie pitchers first start since Lil Ben came up. Ugh, here's to better history!!

    Never said that he couldn't long-term. It just seems like the best place for him until he gets back in to the "swing" of things. A few weeks from now I would have him somewhere from 5-7...

    Ideal lineup Hart Braun Hardy Fielder Hall Jenks Estrada Weeks P I think that Rickie needs to be put in a place in the line-up that will contain a lot less pressure. Plus, on days when he gets a day off for soreness the order doesn't need to change.

    Have any of you guys/gals had issues with your Charter cable? I keep on having audio issues (sounds like the speakers are made of tin cans and a string) and the problem can be fixed by having them send a reboot signal to my cable box (this has been done about 10 times this year already). They refuse to schedule appointments outside of their 8-5 schedule and I don't think I should have to take time off of work to have them fix something that gets paid for monthly...and at a steep price. Any ideas on what to do? Or, do any of you have tips on how to deal with them?

    Like was said earlier...why not take a look at where it is going when you absolutely SMOKE one. I have had the opportunity to hit a couple of those and yeah, it may tick off the pitcher, but isn't that a good thing usually? Cockiness and coinfidence are NEEDED in the majors if you want to survive...

    Glad to hear that you are ok Bando... I had a similar experience while living in La Crosse. A guy in a ski mask was trying to break in to my back door (I happened to see this while up in the middle of the night taking care of nature). It was hunting season so my 12 gauge was sitting by the front door. I loaded the gun, walked to the back of the house and slid the action on the gun. The guy froze, put his hands up and we chatted quietly until the police got there. He was 28 yrs old, had two priors for burglary and admitted that he had never been that scared in his whole life. He actually asked me not to shoot him about 10 times in the 3 minutes it took the cops to show... Never had another problem at home http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif

    I'm actually quite new to yahoo sheeps. Man, it is so frustrating to be a newbie. You get booted out of TONS of games before you get to play. ACK! Anyway, I wish I still lived in Waukesha...a brewers/sheeps night would be great fun...
