I am on record for saying I dont care if he goes to the Cubs. I used to care, but I hope they give him 7-8 years and over 20 million per. That way, the Cubs wont have anyone to help him win in the next 3 years and by the time they rebuild he will be old an fatter and an albatross. Again, I dont want him to go to Chicago, but I dont really care that he does, so long as it appears to hurt them in the long run.

I agree with Ender. It would be like having a defensive lineman return punts in the NFC vs. having a punt returner. Or something else as ridiculous as that. -
Thanks for the pointers and ideas. The new fixtures dont look to be heavy at all, and no heavier than what is currently up. That being said, our house is full of knob and tube wiring, since the fixtures are only going to be about $160, I have decided to bite the bullet and hire a professional. I will be able to sleep better at night knowing the job is done right. Now...back to focusing on building my backyard ice rink.

I own an old home, over 100 years old. In my kitchen I have two giant flourescant light fixtures. My wife wants new fixtures (three pendant lights at each spot). I have no experience with electricity, is this something I can do by myself or do I need to hire someone. If I do need to hire someone, do they need to be an electrician? Or just a handyman type? For clarification, I would be installing a fixture in a place where there is already another fixture, so I would assume I wouldnt need to rewire the entire thing, just connect?

I have used Cars.com and I ended up with a good used van from Milwaukee about 5 years ago that I am still driving. I am sure it is the same as carsoup and autotrader, but it is just personal preference and what you are used to.

Well, Im not close to even being in shape. Hopefully some light workouts combined with hockey once a week can start to change that. Also, need three more for fantasy hockey league.

Im Crosby'sZombieBrain. None of the other guys are BF.net members. Our local YMCA here in Oshkosh has a good Hockey program from 4 years old and up. That's where I am going to be tonight.

Just dropped $95 on used hockey equip and $80 on a new helmet. I can stand on skates and skate in circles, but that is about it. I start adult "rookie league" hockey tomorrow night. Cant wait.
