The Cardinals lost players and then all of a sudden promoted two guys including Donovan and Yepez who are bashing the ball as well as the kid Gormon. who is a stud. Meanwhile the Crew settle for Pablo and I guess Mathias?? to fill in and give the offense a boost. As a small market club it is insane how bad the Brewers are in terms of everyday player who can come up and help. Who is the last everyday player home grown Prince?? Thank God they develop pitching because the bats are not happening.
-
Against a lefty closer too.
-
Amazing win gotta credit these guys. Came out of nowhere. Man...
-
We are back to the no fun portion of our season.
-
Yelich might be the first man to strike out on two pitches right now.
-
I look forward to Sophia Minneart Brewers employee asking Counsell you had to like the fight that Adrian showed out there right Craig??
-
The weird thing right now is Counsell is hitting his two worst hitters leadoff and 3rd to ensure they get the most ab in a game. Can someone please help me understand this??
-
Would they help yeah for sure. They hitting the Mets or Dodgers pitching?? I don't believe it man. Hope i'm wrong but thinking not. Just not enough line movers with the current group. Now if they make a deal it could help.
-
Just watched a great AB by Rizzo for the Yanks. He is who I was hoping for as the DH for us. Too bad Mark went with the discount model.
-
Forgot Urias right now. I have been happy with the start but reality has set in for me. Good playoff pitching this team doesn't have the bats to win. Sorry. A deal must be made
-
Hiura is basically an auto out against lefties at this point and so is Cain and Cutch and Yelich and.......
-
Call Yelich the designated player please. Hitter is not accurate.
-
I guess we could see Kelley again. Bottom line u can't pitch Sanchez every night. Box either. What happened to the new guy they called up?? 14 PITCHERS and they still don't have enough.
-
Suter may have to join the list of guys who need to be released. He's bad and his tricks are no longer fooling anyone.
-
This team is just offensive.
-
Im already looking at the lineup and hoping we can score before Yelich hits. This is not good for your three hitter.
-
0-2 pitch to a lefty that should not happen.
-
Yelich completely overmatched. Cain being brutal is making it so somebody who sucks has to play.
-
Yankees need to find him a run.
-
I still think at some point Houser becomes a relief pitcher who has value over a starter who struggles through 5. He has done a good job as a number five man but if Ashby stays in the rotation he may be the odd man out. I think that sinker would look good in the pen.
-
It's like these guys don't truly understand the game. Wong tagging the guy on a basic force is little league stuff.
-
Shocked he was asked frankly but he blows them off with no follow up so...
-
Agreed but the Yelich factor is made worse by Counsell hitting him in the three hole where he is getting exposed. Cain at least has his glove. Yelich probably should be a dh at this point. Both are unwatchable in my book. The money just makes it hurt more.
-
This comment is dumb. They have new ownership and management and things appear to be working so far.
-
The thing is the money is spent. It's gone. Why double up the pain by watching him tank games?? It's crazy.
