    Jesus Chirinos is the worst defensive 1B I have ever seen. This dude has cost his team at least a dozen runs this season with bad defense at 1B.

    And the 4th hasn't started well. Walk, Double, Single. No outs runners on the corners and it's a tied game.

    Woessner dominating through 3 innings. 0 H, 1 BB, 4 SO and all of the contact has lead to routine outs.

    The amount of criticism over trading a minor league FA re-signing for cash was way over the top especially when he never was particularly good pitching in the minor leagues. And the point is you don't see anyone praising the Megill acquisition. The constant negativity from the Brewers online fanbase has gotten to Green Bay Packers levels.

    It's funny because you've seen so much griping about us trading Erceg from cash from the negative nancy's but you don't see them then equally praising us acquiring Megill for cash (and Megill has much better stuff than Erceg) Edit: Apologies. It was a PTBNL for Megill not cash. We sent Taylor Floyd for him.

    I have them as the biggest threat. Still have the Cardinals second and the Pirates third. Cubs are the lowest threat.

    After tonight, Lara is going to be top 10 in all of A ball in wRC+ minimum 140 PA. Oh should I also mention that everyone else in the top 13 is 21 or older and most are 22 or older. What Lara is doing in A ball as an 18 year old is incredible. The fact we have gotten to enjoy this 2 seasons in a row is something we should not take for granted.

    He gets pullled before even finishing the inning. His AA ERA is currently at 9.90

    Russell Smith with 5 ER before he even gets out of the 1st inning. Don't know where the Brewers go with him. He's just frankly not good.

    Think it might be time for Stiven Cruz to get demoted back to Carolina. Just has not been a good season for him.

    Not a good throw by Uribe, but Turang needs to be making that out at 2B. That didn't hit the dirt before it got to him.

    Yeah I have no clue what happened, but my best guess is it was a planned short start. No trainer came out to the mound and Middendorf was ready to come into the game immediately. Just did not at all feel like an injury situation.

    Disastrous inning in Arizona for the young Brewers. 8 walks and only 1 out. What was once a 6-0 game is now a 6-5 game with bases loaded and 1 out.

    Tanner Shears just absolutely dominated Great Lakes. If it wasn't for the 2 hit batters they would never never sniffed getting on base against him.

    NOBLETIGER for Wisconsin in the 6th after the Moore leadoff HR. That was probably the best chance they'll have to tie/get the lead against a very good Great Lakes team.

    It's legal for the runner to do that. Hall needs to adjust his throw instead of just throwing it straight into the guys back.

    1B Alex Hall blows what should have been a relatively easy double play by throwing the ball straight into the back of the runner going to 2B.

    I think there are plenty of AAAA guys in Nashville that the Brewers can simply release if they wanted to get time for Valerio in AAA. Eddy Alvarez, Josh VanMeter, Skye Bolt, Monte Harrison, Tyler Naquin, Roman Quinn, Michael Reed. Those are all AAAA type guys who shouldn't prevent a prospect from being promoted and getting playing time in AAA.

    At least I got to witness the Cardinals bullpen with a blown save today although the game isn't over yet so they could still win. The best ERA on their active roster is 3.91 and they only have 2 players with an ERA below 4 on the active roster. Crazy bad.

    If Wiemer was the RF today not Anderson, the score would be 2-1 Brewers still. Anderson had 3 really bad plays that inning.

    i feel like Cardinals will go on a hot streak if/when Marmol gets fired so the longer it takes for that to happen the better.

    I should have said 5 of their best 6 hitters. Forgot about Eduarqui Fernandez and Tayden Hall. Carolina currently has 3 above average healthy hitters: Luke Adams (134 wRC+), Kay-Lan Nicasia (107 wRC+), and Jheremy Vargas (103 wRC+). Tough to win games when you just have 3 above league average hitters on the season.

    Difficult for Carolina to replace losing their 2 best pitchers so far this season (Misiorowski and Jimenez promoted to A+) and 3 of their 4 best hitters this season (Wood, promotion to A+, then Lara and Guilarte with injury).
