    Rickie really seems like a nice guy, but he needs to work on his interview skills. I'm sure he's a little nervous, however he kept saying "so, um" and "you know" quite a bit. I'm sure he'll get better.

    Yost really confuses me. He takes Wise out after giving up one hit and with 2 outs in the inning, however sometimes he leaves relievers in for multiple innings. Weird.

    This isn't a video game. You can't just plug a 3B into the outfield because it sounds interesting. Yes he's played some OF in the minors, but obviously they aren't comfortable with him out there. There's probably a reason for that. Well, Branyan has played 133 games in LF in his career in the Major Leagues. He's also played 17 games in RF. He could easily play LF as well as Carlos does.

    Ned really loves to throw pitchers 2 innings in relief. I don't know why he would, as the all star break is tomorrow; unless he was trying to lower Bottalico's ERA.

    Good inning...Steam boats era dropped .11 to 3.89. That's still attractive for teams in need of bullpen help.

    Anyone please correct me if I'm wrong. If I'm right, the Brewers are caught between a rock and a hard place and have, thus far, decided to keep him on, collecting dust in the pen, as the alternatives are no better. The alternative was better. We were up by 7 with three outs to go. If the Brewers(Yost) doesn't think Jorge can give up less than 7 runs with three outs, then why is he on our team. He has the best stuff on the team and yet pitches 7 innings a month. Yost makes so many excuses for why he doesn't use him, but none of them are valid because in situations where he could pitch, Yost won't pitch him. i.e. up by 7 in the 9th.

    I'm starting to think Yost actually doesn't like JDLR. I wish someone would ask him in his post game interviews why he didn't use Jorge, but no one will. I would love to here his response. Maybe: "Jorge doesn't throw strikes with his fastball?" or: "Jorge just pitched, wasn't it like yesterday or something?" Why waste that much talent?

    I'm totally cool with it ending now, but I would at least like to see Russ finish his AB before they call it. Exactly, he was just about to jack one. Edit: Well, a walk will do.

    What a great game. Sure we could have won, but it was still fun to watch all the drama unfold. We still took 2 out of 3 which is all you can ask for.

    From what I saw, it seemed as though they are protesting Davis' set position. I think McLendon wants davis to come down to a set position and not simply put the ball in his glove and stop.

    I don't think Krynzel has to be a lead off type of player. I mean, just because he is a fast CF doesn't mean he is a lead off hitter. If he develops a little more power he could be a 6, 7, or 8 hitter just fine. Marked me down as not that worried, but we will soon see.

    Well that's a bummer. I sure hope he get's a shot with a major league club in the future. I wonder why we released him.

    I wish I could watch him pitch. Sure would be quite the show. He just vaulted himself to one of my favorite prospects just by that article. Wow.

    I sure would like to see Gordon get traded in the future if the Royals are planning on a move to the outfield. After watching him all season I was impressed with his defense and instincts at third. I'll sure enjoy keeping an eye on his career, though, no matter where he plays.
