  1. I hope not, https://www.nj.com/yankees/2025/05/what-yankees-devin-williams-blamed-for-latest-implosion.html?outputType=amp
  2. As Markus Johnson always says: "Time to chop wood and carry water." We face only 2 teams with above .500 records over the next 5 weeks. "Time to chop wood and carry water."
  3. Amen to that only 20% of the way through the MLB season. We could still have Devin Williams who surrendered 3 for the Yankees last night which lead to San Diego's 8th inning comeback win. The Yankee Closer Devin Williams has allowed 15 runs in 11.2 innings this season. WOW!
  4. Someone should tell Jackson Chourio that since he swings at 60% of every pitch thrown to him.
  5. Chad Patrick has pitched 31.1 innings already, that's more than Tyler Alexander at 24.1 innings and it seems Anderson has pitched quite a bit. Maybe Patrick's velo was down the day of the short leash? With a 2.87 ERA we better get someone "quite good" for him. I would trade Alexander before Patrick.
  6. With 127 games to go, it's only potentially hazardous right now. We did have two 4 game losing streaks already, March 27-31 and April 23-26 that has to stop. Astros tonight and there not the powerhouse they used to be. Winning solves problems.
  7. Not chasing is the only thing now he should be working on. Because... He thinks he can hit everything and pitchers will never through him a strike if he swings at balls. Especially on the first pitch.
  8. Now the Nationals need to beat the Reds and it will be a perfect day.
  9. I hope we pull out of it this month so we can have at least 5 months of good baseball.
  10. Adam McCalvy notes that Frelick grabbed his right leg following an awkward swing in the second inning
  11. Way worse that last year but he didn't get rockin till the temps hit the 80's last year.
  12. We need to flip flop Turang with someone in the lineup, he is out best hitter as to date.
  13. As we see a line drive up the middle by the Cubs Dansby Swanson.
  14. I just can't believe Brewers will hit this bad all season. Our biggest problem is the rally, we don't have any. And bad calls.
  15. A win for today please. Yelach and Ortiez are the only 2 batters hitting way below expectations besides Vinnie Capra who is about as good as Joey Wiemer was. Just beat the Freakin' Cubs today please.
  16. A sore arm does not last over a month unless it's injured. It's like any other sore muscle that you had 10 days max.
