Not much of a sample with 4 at bats.

Yes and how bad they want to get rid of Wiemer. His last 15 appearances he is batting .083 Just terrible.

The Brewers are lucky to have Matt Arnold and this is the Angels GM mastermind putting there team together. No clue at all. http://t2.gstatic.com/licensed-image?q=tbn:ANd9GcSQ14dK7T0MgpDk8TK-RIAdGnL7aTIcW3VD-NIk7Rdf2If_KDfR0L2X4qFVzkKaCIXe

If he is that rusty he may not even get called up at all. I sure wouldn't call a person up just to run and that is how he got hurt in the 1st place diving into 3rd.

Garrett Mitchell to go to Nashville on rehab assignment.

I am 100% fine with Burns liking Caratini better, it gives Contreras some rest plus a pitcher catcher have a relationship. Also Caratini (8 starts): 2.08 ERA, .476 OPS, 6.5 innings per start, 3.6 strikeouts per walk Contreras (5 starts): 5.96 ERA, .816 OPS, 5.1 innings per start, 1.6 strikeouts per walk

Cubs lost 6-4 Brewers with a 5 1/2 game lead now. Yippee!

From Sept. 1 through the end of the regular season, all clubs must carry 28 players, with a limit of 14 pitchers.

The New MLB Power Rankings came out today. Maybe this can help people decide. Brewers # 6 Phillies # 8 Cubs # 11 Diamondbacks # 13

The way the Brewers go threw pitchers Miley better be on the roster also the addition of Donelson seemed to give new life to the Brewers. Andrew Chafen's arm is shot, no way he is making it.
  11. Brian
Josh Donelson with Brewers Average 9-14-23 .308 Since he is a 3rd baseman maybe he can play 1st base also.
  12. Brian
Turang is a great 2nd baseman. If it ain't broke don't fix it!

Chourio is only in AA now and 19 years old, So maybe next year but I doubt if he will be here this year. But he is good.

Council loves utility men, you can have them fill in, in spots where there are injuries.

Monasterio is batting .273 Why would we get rid of him?

    2 strikeouts today for Weimer.
  18. Brian
Jose Ramierez punched Tim Anderson also. Tim Anderson is nothing but trouble.

I don’t really like Donaldson as a person, but he’s draw a fair bit of walks, hit a home run and a double in a short period of time. Heck he is hitting over .300 as a Brewer plus about 3 walks. Now Rowdy is another story.
  20. Brian
Weimer 115 strikeouts and 364 at bats that 31.5% of the at bats.
  21. Brian
Brewers give up a run in the 1st inning 54% of the time.
  22. Brian
He would face easier pitching to get his confidence back. As Yogi Berra always used to say. Baseball is ninety percent mental. The other half is physical.
  23. Brian
I think the collapse has gotten into Wiemers head and you won't be fixing that in the playoffs.
  24. Brian
I think he is our weakest link in the lineup. Any Ideas?
