  1. Koenig needs to pitch with a corn cob pipe in his mouth and get an anchor tattoo.
  2. I have no interest at all keeping Black, we would probably get "el zilcho" for him in a trade but he would be my 1st choice to go. Even if we trade Hoskins after the season is over. We still have Bauers and Ernesto Martinez in Nashville and Andrew Vaughn in Nashville.
  3. Your right about the innings but I don't see him being moved to the pen, were short starters and pen heavy now.
  4. ????? You really think he can get to 130 innings in the next 3 months?????
  5. The way things look Miz could be lined up to pitch next against the Mets, then the Dodgers, then the All Star break. A little bit more of a test than the lowly Pirates. Hope he keeps it up.
  6. I'm against a Reynolds deal also but... I said, WAR, huh (good God, y'all) What is it good for? Absolutely nothing, just say it again WAR (whoa), huh (oh Lord) What is it good for? Absolutely nothing, listen to me.
  7. Nolan Ryan also didn't throw a 1/2 dozen pitches like they do now days, Fastball, Curveball, Changeup was it for him. That's the key to longevity I believe and location, location, location.
  8. With only 16 innings pitched. Most All Star Starters will have 80 + innings pitched already. If he goes and gets shelled like Josh Hader did in 2018, it could screw him up mentally for a long long time. I hope he doesn't make it personally.
  9. I hate everything about Chicago so I would much rather have them take the slide into about 4th place.
  10. Regarding Jackson Chourio's bat speed: He is known for his fast bat speed. His average bat speed in 2024 was a robust 73.2 mph, and it increased slightly to 74.1 mph since the start of May in the current season (2025).
  11. Maybe it has something to do with his fractured finger/hand and Miso throwing 100+ mph.
  12. It's about time the Brewers and Pirates get some national coverage. I'm sick of all the national attention on the Yankees, Dodgers, Mets, Cubs.
