This year certainly has the most drastic R/L splits of his career. He's looked so helpless against lefties that probably gives the "regression" vibe. -
Managing professionals like college kids will only work for so long, and it wouldn't surprise me if they start to tune it out.

Honestly feel the same way. There's clear natural talent with these dudes in the minors. Unlike Hamilton and Lockridge who do absolutely nothing but be fast.

My attitude towards pushing a guy to try and steal an inning is he pitches until someone gets on. Then you make the move. I wish Murphy shared this view.

Yep. I'll honestly be surprised if the Brewers can hold them off for the Central. Having guys who can mash saves so much stress on the pitching, we don't have that luxury. -
We've lived through collapses in '07, '14, and '22. Heck, 2008 too until the late resurgence. I don't blame anyone here if some of that scar tissue is still there, and this lead feels smaller. Same thing when we see the offense sputter. That has ended a few recent seasons, doesn't surprise me to see it provoke a reaction.
