  1. What is the thinking here? Why send Crow down and bring up a guy who struggles at both AAA and the major league level? To give him (Crow) more starts? Money? contract length?
  2. Would love to see Mitchell be healthy. Seems talented, but snake-bit by injury. Agreed that this is the best scenario.
  3. One would think the Brewers would have done their due diligence to make sure he would be amenable to changes to his delivery. Peralta was their big trading chip. Sproat needs to work with the Brewers magic Hook to improve on all levels. one would think he would to make himself more valuable and successful.
  4. I also was impressed by Chad Patrick. He did keep the rotation in lace early, and then to shine in the playoffs was unexpected. between he and Henderson, I think the Brewer pitching has great possibilities this year.
  5. I thought Logan Henderson, had he stayed healthy, was the best of the rookies playing in 2025. it will be interesting to see who takes a step forward in their game in 2026. I hope it’s most of them.
  6. “…but as long as the team continues to have breathing room and can ease off the gas in the second half of September, Megill should be ready to slam the door again come the postseason.” that is the issue. Can the Brewers maintain their lead over the Cubs? I believe it will be close, and will require use of a closer often.
  7. I disagree with your take on Vaughn. Front office saw something in Vaughn nobody else did. Then, as is Brewer ability to tweak skills, they helped him unlock something! That all for an unhappy pitcher.
  8. If it wasn’t for TM, the Brewers would not be looking at the playoffs. Hope he finds his curveball.
