    i would not be so sure, I had to go to five places today to get my extra medallion (getting a set for myself, and trying my luck at selling a set on ebay). They're tough to find. If what you're saying is true, they would have to make whole new shipments to all retailers.

    Interesting. I didn't hear about that. I did stop at BP on the way home to get an extra medallion (maybe I'll make two sets and try my luck selling one on ebay, I don't know yet) and it seemed like maybe they got a lot more than we did. They had at least 15 or so left, and I don't know, they could have had more in the back

    I like them, I must be in the minority http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/tongue.gif I'm not sure if you can save up and buy later, but I do know we sold out of our stock of 30 before I even got there at 2:00 so I don't know how many places will even have leftovers after it's all said and done. I really like the cardboard display. With the tri-fold opened and all the coins in, I think it'll look nice in a frame. At least I hope...

    Yeah, I'll try and ask my manager at Walgreens today as well if he knows anything about it (doubtful http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/tongue.gif ) I got the Cooper one, it's pretty cool looking. I'm just imagining having all 23 and then framing the album, I think that'll be pretty cool.

    I would agree completely with you olliegjw. He put Coco out there in a bad situation, but there was nothing he really could have done otherwise. I would've let Bushie continue to pitch as well. Like you said, maybe a shorter leash, but I think he managed fairly well today, just not very many options

    While I agree with some points in that, I still don't think you can take any batter for granted when the game is on the line. I guess I would rather win the game at hand then worry about tomorrow. Tomorrow we could be winning 12-0 after the first inning and never need anyone but elmer and carlos. Tomorrow we may throw a complete game, you never know I sure hope Ned doesn't think too much about the next day when making pitching changes

    You're putting words in a lot of people's mouths though. I don't recall anyone straight up saying "Ned Yost is a bad manager"

    I think we're babying a very good closer a little too much here. His two days before were fairly easy innings where he had pitched 20 or less in both (if I remember correctly) I would not pitch Coco tomorrow but only because he's pitched about 60 pitches in two days now. It's a little different, in my mind at least. Remember when T-bow closed 5 games in a row? It's not impossible to pitch 3 days in a row...

    That still doesn't make his moves better because most managers don't do it. It also isn't a justifying reason when we complain about his moves.

    When the game is on the line, you put you're absolute best pitcher in there, correct? Cordero should have been pitching. Hands down

    I would agree with you in some instances, but putting Aquino in when the game is on the line twice in a row? Most people don't think that can go either way...

    Yeah I think theblingster is right on there; leave Billy in, and put Gwynn in and you have the best possible range out there to assure only singles are hit. I have to say, I can't really put much on Yost here, and I'm usually one that's pretty critical of his moves. I may have pulled Bushie after having 1st and 2nd runners, but overall he was sort of stuck as to his options. Think of it this way, who realistically thought we would be oswalt today? Very nice win, and series win!

    They're giving out the album next sunday at miller park. i hope they sell it retail as well, but I doubt it. So you don't have to redeem the coupons everyday do you? You can redeem them the next day or later right?

    Looks like they just took a picture of that huge homerun last year where he basically took it off the ground and uppercut it over the right field fence. Very cool figure. Can't wait to get it!

    I was at last nights 2 games, and wow was that exciting. I have completely come to the conclusion though that Floridians don't deserve a baseball team. I don't know how there can be that few fans, and that quiet of a stadium with such a young and exciting team. I waited around after the game by the buses and got Bush, Gross, and Weeks' autographs. I thought it was interesting when someone asked Rickie what his favorite type of music was he said "anything. Anything but country and that alternative crap." Have to agree with the man. I got some great video clips and pictures of Prince fooling around before taking batting practice on both days. He was putting on a show for Rickie, Gwynn, Hall and Estrada. Overall great trip. Got 14 autographs on a team ball, and got my Bill Hall foul ball signed by him.

    well I just got back from the game (and a quick stop at checker's). wow what a game.... I got autographs from jenks, cappy, dessens, villanueva, and t-bow all on a ball before the game. Caught 2 foul balls as well. It's very cool that you get a little certificate of authenticity after you catch a ball. My first ball caught was Bill Hall's first swing after the rain delay. Other one was when Wood PHed for the Marlins. Can't wait to see 2 wins in one night from the crew tomorrow.

    I'm heading out to the games tomorrow and Wednesday. Have to find a good sports bar to go to for tonights game, anyone have any suggestions from down here?

    Italian won the sausage race. Started close but he ended up winning by a fairly big margin. Almost broke the season record!
