  1. The Chinooks aren't affiliated with the Brewers, either are the Woodchucks. People collect those, but I don't...
  2. The Ozzie mascot and the Huntsville ones were the other two.
  3. The Ozzie mascot and the Huntsville ones were the other two.
  4. The Braves and Uecker ones are easier to come across...getting the "infield" set is a bit tougher because it seems they just don't show up that often...they're not really expensive, you just gotta keep your eye open for em.
  5. I'm also looking for one as well....
  6. We are planning on a trip to either New York City or Portland this summer as well. I think we're gonna end up going to Portland. The thing I'm looking forward to most is that the happy hour at most bars feature 24oz cans of Hamm's for a buck. That's right. 20 American nickels.
  7. For those keeping score at home, there's now 22 bobbleheads to get this year between the Brewers and the affiliates if you include the Stich N Pitch and the alternates.
  8. i'll take it
  9. i like that idea of the bobble arms....it makes it a little more unique. 4 or 5 years ago the indians centerfield drummer guy had a bobblehead with his arms bobbling. We just so happened to go on the day they were giving them out, but it was for kids 14 and under. Its tough to pass for 14 when you have a beard.
  10. If A-Rod does break it, will it be seen as tainted? How about Miggy Cabrera? He's got a bit more work to do to get on track, but his number could certainly go up with Prince protecting. It's less likely, but I think it's possible if he can stick around long enough.
  11. The Sounds are doing all three bobbleheads in like 10 days. Heh. The paintable Ozzie will be ineteresting. I wonder how many people will leave it alone in the box and how many will be painted. Corey Hart's is only limited to 1000. I've updated the "master" list with Huntsville, Nashville, and Beloit along with all the other Brewers additions and that silly "collect all 5" thing the T-Rats are doing.
  12. The stars haven't put out bobbles in awhile. I talked to Buck Rogers the general manager of the Stars a few years back at On Deck. He basically said bobblehead nights turned into more of a "what's it worth on eBay" than something that people enjoyed. They did a great job by getting people all excited for a "mystery" bobblehead and then gave out one of Microwave Dave (a Huntsville guitarist and season ticket holder). They haven't done one in a few years now.
  13. They're FINALLY starting to figure it out. So tired of the retros. Still wish they'd do a Navy "Milwaukee" jersey.
  14. Sorry it's so big. I guess I could've reduced it, but I figured it's easier to use the scroll button.
  15. I dunno where else to put this, stay classy boys. http://30fps.mocksession.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/03/2012-March-24-17-17-5.jpg
  16. I'm hoping in the next week or two that I hear back from one Mr. Sabathia. I sent a ball to him last spring training, with the notion it's a one year turn around. We'll see what happens. I never think to do much during TTM since all I would want is baseballs and I don't wanna take the risk of not getting them back. Maybe I should jump on that Mariano Rivera train though, his signature is incredible, and if I had to chooe he's probably my favorite Yankee.
  17. Uecker said something along the lines of "I overheard both Robin Yount and Hank Aaron put in requests to have their statues removed as soon as they heard the announcement." Classic Ueck.
  18. They usually catch about 40-75 on ebay. Lately it seems they have been going for closer to 50. Those weren't the SGA's they were available for purchase at the fan zone I believe. The giveaways came seperate and were from Jewel Osco (Sexson), Pick N Save (Aaron), and Piggly Wiggly (Sheets). The ones you have are sponsored by Pepsi.
  19. Like button.
  20. Wow, the Michael Young haters are out in full affect! lol. To say "absolutely not" and he "doesn't deserve it" I think is a bit of a stretch. He's the 3rd fastest right-handed hitter to ever reach 2,000 hits. Imagine if played in NY or Boston his entire career. Who ever said you have to play great defense to get in the Hall of Fame? I'm not here to defend the guy and yes, I agree right now he shouldn't get in but the possibility of him making it in can happen. Is this just an argument to see if down the line the ball will be worth more? I'm only half joking.
  21. got my four booked today. I'll be on my honeymoon though and will probably just give the tickets to people standing up in our wedding...provided I get the bobbleheads outta the deal
  22. i might have a cooper in blue. inbox me with a trade or cash offer...
  23. As long as he keeps grinding, it'll work out for the best
  24. when you decide to sell that Nikki promo, lemme know.
  25. San Francisco Giants 9/4/12 Bruce Lee NICE
