    Kind of an AK against pocket 99s kind of thing……a virtual coin flip. But the Braves will likely ( not guaranteed) have Sale going in one of the first 2 games and Brewers would certainly be an underdog against him. I just want the Brewers to start playing good ball again…….its more fun to watch and I really don’t want this young team to feel like they are gagging to finish the season. Starts with the offense…….get ahead and allow the high leverage BP guys to rock and roll.

    Rock seems to think the Brewers struggling offensively now means we are getting it out of the way before the playoffs………..if only it was that easy every team would arrange offensive slumps at the perfect time……

    He is rarely critical…….its mostly “ I love this guy……and I love that guy” I actually wish he would be a little more critical but that is just my taste and I understand most managers don’t do it.

    Murphy certainly gets blame……but you aren’t going to win many games scoring 1 unearned run either. Lots of blame to go around……they just aren’t playing well right now.

    So Murphy can’t quit Hoby and the offense continues to struggle ………very little hard contact even against Freeland. Rockies have won 2 road series all season……..not good.

    I understand the sarcasm……to be fair I wouldn’t say they gave up on him……he didn’t get dfa……but for this season they obviously have.
