Even the outs are rockets...my goodness what is RR thinking?
-
RR still doesn't have anyone up......absolutely unreal
-
Good thing they had that meeting......
-
How many home runs can Yo give up before Yo hits his 100 mandatory pitches?
-
lol.......
-
So glad RR keeps rolling with Reynolds .......He is due to get hot anytime now.....
-
Everybody still up for giving Yo 13 million next year?
-
Does RR know that with 19 games left and a full pen it is ok to get somebody up before your starter loses the game in the 2nd inning?
-
Way to go Yo........
-
I doubt the Brewers coaches, management or players will share this view. This division was just laying there to be grabbed....Reds, Cards and Pirates all had huge injuries... and they still threw away the division and probably the playoffs with a lethal combination of bad pitching, horrible hitting and poor defense.
-
I thought Haudricourt's column in the paper today was on point......about to lose 10 out of last 11....http://www.jsonline.com/sports/brewers/brewers-have-three-weeks-to-prove-they-actually-belong-in-playoffs-b99345183z1-274240991.html Pirates have now passed the Crew

Both RR and Melvin have contracts through 2015....don't see MA dumping either.
-
But he has done nothing with a pretty talented roster. I'm not sure the roster is that talented....Brewers were picked to finish 4th in the division and they will probably finish 3rd
-
They just extended RR right? I can't imagine they would fire him....I mean a week ago he was considered 1 of the leaders for NL manager of the year.....lol
-
So either RR was stupid or Braun was?
-
Maybe RR will show some emotion after this stink bomb.....this is a joke
-
Herrera in the running for the worst performance of the season...and we are only in the 2nd inning!

Do the Brewers retire Gallardo's number?
markedman5 replied to paul253's topic in Milwaukee Brewers Talk
No...and it isn't even close. -
So down 2-0 in the first......needed Gallardo to come up big and he puts our anemic offense in an early hole

You forgot who are manager is..... The Brewer Nation @BrewerNation 5m Tonight's #Brewers lineup: 2B Gennett C Lucroy RF Braun 3B Ramirez LF Davis CF Parra 1B Overbay SS Herrera P Gallardo

Tom @Haudricourt 5m To make room on 40-man roster for Gomez and Clark, the Brewers designated OF Caleb Gindl for assignment and released RHP Hiram Burgos. How quickly things change with guys like Gindl and Burgos

Brewer Nation says that Clark, Rogers, and Hector Gomez are being called up. I know RR won't do it but with glaring holes at SS and 1st why not give somebody else a chance?
-
So he should say "this team is terrible, they're not going to make the playoffs, you might as well stop watching the team." Not everyone wants to bask in self pity 24-7. I understand that the announcers have to be homers to a certain extent, but I would rather they would tell it like it is instead of the over top positive Brewer spin they put on everything. If it's a bad play, call it such, don't say it was a tough chance just because a Brewer player booted it. The Brewers have been bad lately, the team needs to turn it around, being in 1st place most of the year doesn't mean anything if they tank, so just state the obvious. I don't don't mind BA all that much but Rock drives me friggen insane and has for years. He's the reason I rarely watch a Brewer game with sound anymore. Exactly...tell it like it is....don't treat the fan base like they are idiots

RR after the game " You know Turner really threw the ball well......great fastball and mixed in the change....we couldn't get any breaks....hit a lot of balls hard.....I liked our energy...we will get it going tomorrow"
