Yeah its not going to be Kemp or Reyes. The only way a guy on a non contender seems to win is if their is no worthy candidate on a division winner or if a player is head and shoulders above everyone else. Clearly that is not the case this year. -

A guy who can hit a little and play outfield, 2nd, 3rd and SS is very valuable. Depends how much he would cost but I'd love for him to replace CC or Wilson. -
Once the ball got by him he is never going to stop a runner(even a slow one) from getting to 2nd. He did what all outfielders do in that case....you make sure not to misplay the ball into a triple. You are making something out of nothing.

If you are going to have the squeeze on why wasn't the guy at first running? That would have got the job done as well.....there is no advantage to not sending both runners. Stupid
