The playoffs were always going to be a coin flip anyway. We can beat anyone and anyone can beat us. The journey is whats fun....just having a chance when most teams are at home watching is fun .......especially for our fan base. I hope we don't see people jump off a cliff if we bow out to the braves in a 5 game series........ Relax and enjoy the ride....we haven't won a division title for 29 years!!

If you would have offered me a 5-2 road trip when we left Milwaukee I would have taken it in a hearbeat. Sure you want to win every game but using the term "failure" in regards to this team right now seems a little over the top. At least we have company......The Phillies are failing against the Mets today too.

For a team thats 25 games over .500 we sure have been shutout a bunch this year.

I think the day off might be coming at a good time. Long road trip. lots of important games(most of which we have won) Team just doesn't seem patient today. Get away from baseball for a day and come out firing on friday.

Runner on 3rd and less then 2 outs braun and Hart both failed to get them in today. Not good.

Hawkins is well rested. He can pitch today and tomorrow if needed. I expect Ax to get the 9th since he hasn't pitched for about 4 days.
