    I know he isn’t hitting but I continue to be impressed with the accuracy of Ortiz’s arm……every throw seems to be right on the money. Which is nice when Hoskins is playing first…..😎

    Burnes had a 3.7 fwar last season Ortiz had a 3.1 Brewers still have many years of control left on Ortiz and Hall……that trade worked out just fine. Not to mention the money saved on Burnes last season.

    The walks have always been a problem……he was able to manage it with the brewers but it’s caught up with him this season. You have to believe he’s costing himself a lot of money but I guess we will see.

    Great job by Freddy……..really bowed his neck and did what a stopper needs to do…..and it shows when a quality pitcher makes good pitches the Cubs can be contained………like anyone else.
