    I think the fact the Brewers were behind was probably the reason Villy didn't get used. If the game was tied there my guess is it would have been Carlos. Personally I would have used Dillard.

    Ok Joe have it your way. Hardy is average. Always was always will be and no matter what anyone else says Escobar will be considered average until he gets to the majors and proves otherwise. Happy now? You know some of those same people also said Fielder had a little bit of power and Braun was a pretty good hitter. Just because they may have overhyped Hardy's defense a bit doesn't mean every other evaluation they make is wrong.

    I know Ned won't do it but I would really like to see Kapler get a chance at batting regularly in the 2 hole. He just seems to be a better fit there then Cameron. I should have said it before he went 4-4 though.....=).

    terrible base running by Kapler. Either tag up or go half way on that play but you can't just take off like their are 2 outs...................

    I don't think you can live with Bill Hall's defense at short so I vote Hardy.

    I was thinking it might be that Hall has asked to be traded but I saw him talk to Trenni in the post game and he seemed fine. Should be interesting.

    If Ned makes Gagne the closer again when he comes back I am going to puke.

    Could somebody explain to Ned that you don't use a double switch in order to use your closer for 2 innings when he worked the day before.

    When the game is tied in the late innings you play for one run first.

    What I don't understand is why Rickie will never drop down a bunt. 1st and 3rd 1 out in a tie game the top priority has got to be to get that run in. Why not just push one down between 1st base and the pitcher?

    Its on Hardy but 1 run against a guy like Perez is pretty pathetic as well. Brewers 2008...."We just find ways to lose"

    14 hits and 5 walks for the brewers tonight through 8 innings but only 4 runs. Nobody does less with more then the the brew crew.

    I would sayt that Prince's defense is brutal but I'm not sure that brutal is a strong enough word to describe it. Wow was that bad.

    Another day another mediocre pitcher made to look like Cy Young by the Brewers offense. It really is unbelievable how bad we look at the plate.

    So because the Brewers fired somebody 25 years ago under different management that means they should do the same in 2008? Ok......
