    And when was the last time Joey Paciorek played? I thought he would have been bumped up to Helena when they lost Edgar Trejo.

    Per the Huntsville broadcast tonight, Guilder Rodriguez to the DL with a hamstring injury. JR Hopf from Nashville to Huntsville to take the roster spot.

    I'm pretty sure I heard Jim Powell state during today's broadcast that Parra does not qualify technically as a rookie due to the DL time last season.

    David Fonseca to Helena. Did not see a corresponding move to the West Virginia Roster.

    The Santo Manzanillo from last season showed up tonight. Rough outing for the kid with 8 runs (6 earned) and 5 walks in 3 1/3 but his teammates are doing their best for him. Efrain Nieves looking strong tonight. 4 innings of relief, 1 run, 1 hit, no walks, 4 strikeouts. Pitcher turned first baseman Brock Kjeldgaad with home run # 4. Three hit nights for both Erik Komatsu and John Delaney with Delaney adding his 2nd long ball of the season. David Fonseca has been returned to Helena and he celebrated with 2 hits including a homer. Adam Arnold pitched the 9th to pick up his 3rd save.

    Roberts has added a triple and 2 more rbi's and now the H-Brew are leading 9-6

    I got in 75 tonight for Braun. Will make sure I get the votes in tomorrow and Wednesday as well.

    H-Brew just got no hit by Missoula. Unfortunately wasting strong pitching performances by their own Ritchie, Corredor, and Luetge. Final score was 1-0.

    Brewers record on May 23 (when Gagne went on the DL) 22 - 26 Brewers record on June 29 (when Gange is activated from the DL) 44-37 That is a 22-11 record without Gagne in the bullpen. Coincidence?

    If he keeps pitching this way, And That is going to have company on the Santo Manzanillo bandwagon. Another stellar performance tonight with 3 scoreless, no walk innings. Efrain Nieves had another solid outing tonight. 6 innings, 2 runs, 12-3 GO/FO ratio, and still only 18 years old.

    Nice win tonight for H-Crew. Allowed Billings to tie it up in the 6th, but took the lead back in the bottom of the 6th. 2008 draft pick Garrett Sherrill strikes out the side in the 9th to seal the win!

    Maybe defense and plate discipline. He did commit 21 errors in 32 games last summer and sported a 6 walk to 36 strikeout ratio. Otherwise no real inside information.

    Per Steve Wendt on the Helena broadcast tonight, Cutter Dykstra is day to day with a sore groin and Brett Whiteside is still down with a quad injury.

    Logan Schafer and Brock Kjeldgaard go back-to-back in the top of the 3rd to give Helena a 4 run lead. Great Falls with 2 in the bottom of the 3rd though.

    Looks like a good performance by Adrian Rosario until he tired in the 6th. Only allowed 3 hits and 1 walk prior to the 6th but did hit a couple of batters. 11 ground outs to 2 fly outs. Damon Krestalude recorded 5 outs, all on strike outs. He did allow 2 runs on 3 hits. Arizona Mariners did score a run off Jose Sanchez without the benefit of a hit. Seems like so far the Arizona Brewer pitchers are throwing more strikes than I remember from prior years.

    Joel Morales had 2 bad outings last year against the Arizona Royals that really skewed his ERA. Otherwise he was one of the more effective pitchers the Brewers had in Arizona last season. He would be someone to watch this summer.

    From the postings earlier in the thread only Outfielder Nelson Montes and Shortstop Carlos Guzman not showing on the active roster.

    60 day DL for Chad Robinson. Not a good start.

    A walk off 2 run single by Erik Komatsu in the 9th to give the H-Brew a much needed win. Great pitching performances by Santo Manzanillo and Efrain Nieves do not go to waste tonight.

    And to add to the Helena slow start, Missoula just turned a triple play on them. I believe that is the 2nd triple play Missoula has turned this season. I usually try to catch Helena games, but have not had too much chance before today. It is still the 1st week of the season and I believe this is Rene Gonzales's 1st year with Helena. I'll have to pay attention to how things are being played out a little more closely. Also, Cutter Dykstra left the game early. Not sure why just yet. Steve Wendt was hinting at a possible injury. He also mentioned no confirmed word on Edgar Trejo but "whispers" of ACL. No mention of Brett Whiteside's injury.

    Another quality start for Alexandre Periard in a losing effort. That is 6 straight quality starts. 25 K's to 9 BB's in that span as well. Keep it up Alex!

    So now that the Arizona camp has begun, does anyone have any info on these International signees? Are they in camp? I know the games start on Monday so we might start seeing the names in the box scores.
